    The burden of proof

I believed I was at the time, don't know what other test I could do to verify my faith beyond having faith.

    The burden of proof

No I'm not, I'm looking for coherent information from the bible that details and specifies the specific's we factually know about the universe.

I dont think I can count gods law as one of the specific of our universe, because following some of these old testement laws today would end up being be a quick ambulance ride to a psych ward or jailed for life.

    How is this true?

You can't change yourself or anyone else untill you or they admit to being deluded, the function of denial is to detached you or a person from inner examination. This is due to the delusions self defensive mechanism, that will cause psychology pain to you or the person in order to protect itself.

Is it Wrong to Think About Hell All the Time?

It still invokes fear which in turn dictates my faith, no I think hell has to go before I can be sure my love for god is not tainted.

    How is this true?

I kinda understand your analogy, but it has always been the case that a person can only admit their delusion so long as they are not in denial. As denial will prevent a critical analysis of the situation, such as a driver exclaming to the police that the speed camera was wrong even after they...

Is it Wrong to Think About Hell All the Time?

I haven't been able too. I know rationally I can't trust my faith in Jesus if it's based on the fear of hell. But without the fear of hell would I feel compelled to have faith? (It's a catch 22)

Is it Wrong to Think About Hell All the Time?

Hell was a big problem for my faith, because I could never be sure if I only believed in jesus because of hell.

    How is this true?

I think myself to be delusional about a great many things, but I have never needed others to tell me what my delusions are, otherwise I'd be in denial.
