These are my thoughts, please share yours.

3 Grace, peace and love all come thru the Father and our receivedthru the accepting of the truth of the Son and we are to share the truth andlove to allow others to receive this peace and mercy that only comes thruknowing Christ Jesus as Lord.

Perhaps one step further would come to this conclusion:
God the Father is the source of our grace and mercy, Jesus is the channel of our peace by His works as our propitiation on the cross, and love is with us as promised through the Holy Spirit which leads us in the truth of His word
