About 30 years ago, I bought and read a book called Rich Christians in an Age of Hunger, by Ronald J. Sider. It has been updated a number of times and is now in it's 5th edition. It completely changed the way I see these things, and I highly recommend it to any Christian who is at all interested in the facts of these issues. You can read part of it at amazon.com by clicking on the "Search inside this book" link. If the link above doesn't work, copy and paste the following URL into your browser's location bar. The URL most likely wraps around and is in two lines. Make sure you get the whole thing in one line in the location bar, or it won't work.
