That's fine, but I don't live in Egypt. So, what are we to leave this spring?

Geographically I live in Texas, but I consider it to be Egypt. Here’s why…

1- Egypt worshipped everything under the sun….and so do we. We don’t sacrifice to them, but we certainly worship them. Look at all the things that take our attention away from the Lord: our technology, sports, movies, reality shows, etc, etc. But look closer at our technology. It may not seem to be bondage because a lot of it (computers, internet, I-pods, smart phones, Play Stations, etc), are all really cool! But.... GPS tracks me every day from my phone and my car. They can flip a switch to open my car after I lock the keys inside. They can also lock me in. They can start or kill the engine just as easily. Cameras are everywhere and I don’t have privacy anymore. It’s convenient to swipe my card to pay at the register, but soon I’ll be required to have something tattooed or embedded in my skin in order to do it. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Some may say I’m just being paranoid. But I call it bondage.

2- Our leader (pharaoh) is different. I haven’t really liked any of our recent presidents, but BHO and his administration is far worse than all the others (IMO.) I don’t think he’s the antichrist. In fact, I’m closely watching someone else. But during his first campaign he promised to “change America.†And he has. He’s over-ridden the Constitution time and time again.

To put it bluntly….

I’m sick and tired of being told I have to “pass the Bill to find out what’s in it.â€

I’m tired of choosing “the lesser of the 2 evils†at the polls.

I’m tired of being frisked at the airport while the Muslim in front of me goes through the gate without a second glance for fear of "racial profiling."

I can’t stand the fact that Jews and Christians can’t pray in public anymore, but the Muslims close off entire blocks in NYC to pray to Allah 3 times a day.

I’m tired of being called “intolerant†and “hateful†because I cling to the righteous Law of the Lord.

I’m tired of hearing about parents who refuse their son water for 5 days (killing him) as punishment for wetting the bed (the jury is in deliberation right now in Dallas.)

I’m sick of paying outrageous taxes that line the pockets of abortionists, gay-rights movements, terrorist organizations and that pay for “free†healthcare for non-citizens living in this country when I can barely afford my own.

And I’m sick and tired of hearing about home invaders winning a lawsuit against the homeowner who shot him while protecting his property….and then the homeowner goes to jail.

I’m sick of eating GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms) that look and smell and taste like food… but they aren’t.

I’m just plain tired of the lawlessness, the injustice, and unrighteousness of this world. I am sick of Egypt and I want to go home.

If this interpretation of Dan, Matt and Rev is correct and we do see the Altar erected and then shut down next month……..That’s what I’ll be leaving.
