1 Corinthians 13:4-8

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Really great quote. I think it was in the book/movie "A Walk to Remember" which is one of my favorite movies.

1 Chronicles 14:15
It shall be when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the balsam trees then you should go out to battle for God will have gone out before you to strike the army of the Philistines.
Just as God went ahead of David so he goes ahead of us when we are in troble or face obstacles.

"But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong." 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Not a Bible verse but a song verse:) Since we are on the subject of what to say/think when we are going through difficulties I thought of a song. Years ago my co-worker pointed it out to me and it stuck with me. Hope it's ok to post it here. It goes "It's not right but that's ok I'm going to make it anyway" I beleive it's helpful to think this way when we are going through unfair situations or are facing an obstacle.
