A Brief Introduction

I registered just moments ago, and I thought I might as well introduce myself and tell you a little about myself. My name is Kimberly, please just call me Kim. I am fourteen years old. I love singing, playing the guitar, and writing. Unlike others my age, I know exactly what I want to be when I grow older and I'm on the right track for achieving it. I want to be a firefighter/paramedic, and I'm a part of a Fire Explorer post.

I've been a Christian all of my life. My parents used to make us go to church, but that stopped shortly after I was baptized at 9 years old. My family no longer goes to church, though we all maintain that we are believers.

It's great to be a part of a Christian forum. I look forward to getting to know many of you, and making some new friends.

Welcome Kim in the name of Jesus to the CF Ministries. I hope in Christ that you enjoy fellowshipping with us, and that you'll be bless, as well as us being bless by you. We have a "Ladies Locker Room" [by invitation] for discussions that may be private/personal and not for the viewing of men due to the subject, and visa versa with the "Mens Locker Room".

We respectfully inform/ask that before you enter any/all forums, please read the rules, and strickly abide by them so not to have any misunderstandings arise. And not reading them before you enter....is unacceptable reasoning if one should arise. We also request that when any/all moderators have given noticed on the boards, that it's immediately taken heed of the first time. No one is the exception from following the rules, members/moderators alike. And we would appreciate/request the display of the "Fruits of the Spirit" when communicating with "ALL" members [lost or saved]. This ministry is not of chaos, but of obedience/harmony/peace and the display of Christ love among us.

So outside of that....we hope in Christ that you have a great time! All of us are looking forward to getting to know you on the boards. We're thankful our Lord has led you here to be a part of the Body of Christ here at CF. May our Lord continue to be a Lamp at your feet, and may our Lord led you to be a blessing to others as well.

Thanks for the warm greetings everyone. I've read the TOS and I'll be sure to read any and all announcements and rules for each board. Can't wait to get to know you all!

Oh gee, I hope Carol didn't scare you with her post. She says that to all the newbies. It's her calling. :) She's really a sweet person.

So, be nice to the rules and they will be nice to you. :lol J/k We only :whip on the worst of the offenders. You sound like you got your head screwed on straight. :yes I too play guitar. :thumbsup
 
Sweet Vic, I didn't know you were a fellow guitarist. I just play for me though, been doing it since I was 10 :yes
