So I want to know if it's okay.
A man has a supermarket, take for instance...
He employs a salesgirl who kind of manages the supermarket. If, for instance, a commodity costs 50 bucks (and this is the fixed price set by the boss) but the girl sells the same commodity at 55 bucks and keeps 5 bucks for herself...is this okay???

She just keeps the money for herself and doesn't discuss this with the boss. Stealth?

that is bad for the business and in my opinion that is stealing.
If your govt. will know that and has price ceilings restrictions and suggested retail prices for commodities and goods especially in a supermarket , the employer will be charge for overpricing and will be fined or worst than that.
Tell that salesgirl to stop from that habbit, it's not her business in the firstplace she must be a good steward.

This is extremely bad for business. The business has set a price of $50 because it believes that is the profit maximizing price, most likely. Charging more reduces the liklihood of a sale.

This is stealing. IF she did not buy the item, she has no right to sell it. The only legal way to do this would be to buy it at the store, leave the store, and sell it somewhere else.

What you are describing can only be considered embezzlement. She is raising the price, without telling anyone in authority, and keeping the increase. It makes the store look dishonest and will ultimately hurt future business should anyone catch wind of it.

The employee should at the very least be disciplined, if not fired altogether.

She can go to jail for this. It's stealing. There are also tax ramifications.
