[ Testimony ] A Supernatural Experience...

Revelations 12:11 "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony."

Joel 2:28 "And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions."

When I was an innocent 9 year old child, I saw Jesus in the most beautiful of whites, dressed as a shepherd on the wing of an airplane while it was boarding. I thought someone was trying to deceive me into becoming highly religious. Then, I got lost for 35 years and began hearing, seeing, wrestling with the unseen and witnessing powers of the invisible spirit world. The Holy Spirit had brought evil spirits into my life as temporal punishment for my sin.

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control.

I've lost touch with reality (was deceived) and nearly died at the hands of these devils - both human and demon alike. I've witnessed that they lose their memories, family and friends. They appear to thirst for all that only a most loving creator can give them. The humans are shackled to the "evil one" for all of eternity - unless you offer up rewards to Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. They are masters at the art of deception. Their worm (evil) shall not die. They would have been better off had they not been born nor created. I've discovered that it is the human and angelic condition that we are evil and wicked without God!

Father God reached out to my broken soul and I heard him say, "the battle against good and evil has been here since the beginning of time". The room filled with an ancient scent that God recreated from memory, to perfection, to give me knowledge that he was there in the beginning. The Father's voice sounds of greatness not of this world. He spoke using my own vocal cords and when I wondered why my lips were not moving, he moved them like babble (foolish or meaningless talk) - four years later I got possessed twice by a demon trying to sit on god's throne, speaking through me, moving my lips, masquerading as god like a babbling fool. His glory (deceit) was short lived!

Jesus, allowed me to suffer at the hands of these devils for 7 years until I learned that they were real and hence, Jesus as well. This is how Jesus had found me to begin my vocation to be an adopted child of God. He left the flock to find that one lost sheep. He did the work 35 years in advance when I saw him on the wing of that airplane. I prayed to Jesus that he would not leave me here to be evil like these people. He put my mom behind me, who is in heaven, and recreated the scent, to perfection (much like the Father), of her holding me in her bosom as a child, a most loving memory, to give me knowledge of her presence. He was telling me that I was forgiven, would not be forgotten and that he would deliver me from this evil, our enemy, the devils.

Since then, my gaurdian angel has made herself known to me and I've had many visions and dreams of the holy family (family & friends - saints), some arranged by God, Jesus and the powers of the higher angels, guiding me away from sin, in truth, toward salvation. Today, I thank the Holy Trinity for my sufferings and wisdom gained. Also, I'm looking forward to being with God in heaven and seeing my mom again. GOD BLESS YOU!!

Through my testimony, I bear witness to the Lords truth:

Luke 15:4-6 What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, 'Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!'

Dear brother or sister notforgotten,

your testimony is very touching. I would like to understand more fully how your loving relationship with Jesus is lived by you in every day life.

You are certainly and obviously not forgotten, dear friend!
Yes, Jesus loves you and rejoices over you when you testify for his love and care!

If you want to talk, I am here and happy to listen. :wave

May God guide you, dear one.
Love, Rose

Who did what?

Great story, just a scriptural reference to the Holy Spirit Bringing devils for my learning purposes.

Thank you.

I'm Catholic and I've received a lot of disagreement on this topic from other brethren. One of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is longsuffering, Galatians 5:22-23.

Catechism of the Catholic Church

The punishments of sin

To understand this doctrine and practice of the Church, it is necessary to understand that sin has a double consequence. Grave sin deprives us of communion with God and therefore makes us incapable of eternal life, the privation of which is called the "eternal punishment" of sin. On the other hand every sin, even venial, entails an unhealthy attachment to creatures, which must be purified either here on earth, or after death in a state called Purgatory. This purification frees one of what is called the "temporal punishment" of sin. These two punishments must not be conceived of as a kind of vengeance inflicted by God from without, but as following from the very nature of sin. A conversion which proceeds from a fervent charity can attain the complete purification of the sinner in such a way that no punishment would remain.

The forgiveness of sin and restoration of communion with God entail the remission of the eternal punishment of sin, but temporal punishment of sin remains. While patiently bearing sufferings and trials of all kinds and, when the day comes, serenely facing death, the Christian must strive to accept this temporal punishment of sin as a grace. He should strive by works of mercy and charity, as well as by prayer and the various practices of penance, to put off completely the "old man" and to put on the "new man."

What?????????

Catholic? wow............. I thought praying to Mary was sort of sketchy, but this might win the Nobel prize. Pretty crazy, but not saying it was not interesting , or not enjoyable reading.

I also like to thank you for taking the time to read my post and the effort in posting back. I am not at all surprised other Catholics have an issue with this, but it could be they are not as creative as you and don't appreciate the finer ummmm... spin on things you do.

However, to save you the trouble, Gal 5:22 talks about the fruit of the Human spirit in fruit that we produce by our being born again, and the help of the Holy Spirit. It is not a gift of the Holy Spirit, but a help as Jesus said people will know us by our fruits, and Paul list them here.

Longsuffering.

makrothumia (Greek) just means long forbearance with someone, extremely kind and patience toward them. It has nothing to do with us suffering in the least but our longsuffering (patience, and forbearance) with putting up with others and their issues.

Very interesting though and I thank you for responding. I am not even convinced what you typed is Catholic, but still pretty cool.

Mike.

It has been my experience that other brethren (non-Catholics) to have an issue with temporal punishment.

NKJV page 2389 scholastic comment on Galatians 5:22, 23 Spirit: There is a question here whether Paul means specifically the works done by a person's regenerated human spirit, or works done by the Holy Spirit Himself in the believer's life.

I, of course, believe that Paul means works done by the Holy Spirit Himself in the believer's life and I interpret longsuffering just as it implies.

I thought you meant other Catholics. Got it!!!

What Airdancer said, the word does not carry the same exact term as our English. It means forbearance toward others. It's not actual suffering caused to us, but a fruit of the spirit such as joy. It's the same way the Bible uses God is longsuffering toward us. God puts up with a whole lot, but God is not Himself suffering.

A fruit of our spirit is gifted toward others. Same with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is a gift for us or toward others. The Holy Spirit is our comforter and causes Zero suffering in any way. That is accusing the Holy Spirit doing Work that is Evil and Jesus warned about that with danger of Hell fire. So we should not go there.

Having suffered a spiritual event myself, where via angelic intervention I was stopped from an incident that could only be described as self combustion. Our Father gave me the realization of what he is fighting against as evil practices in today's society....scientists. Science has proven to believe that they have the ability to gain the information or cell of God and that they began an illegal program of studying humanity and our spirituality.

Sadly the ancient records depicted angelic sound in the atmosphere and proof of this is in the Hebrew Literature, and Scientists began to study this literature and then tested us physically via a Satellite relayed program. Father said this resulted in the attacks on cows and the inhumane outcome of their life destroyed by Science. Human beings like me also died in self combustion incidences and he advised me that we need to be made aware of scientific pursuits wanting the wisdom of the plasma cell that surrounds our planet, the reason we are alive.

So many incidences of inhumane suffering are now supporting the Catholic teachings of the Christ stigmata, and if anyone cares to observe, there is a lot of information on the internet regarding spiritual attacks happening enmasse. I know myself having been taught Catholic principles, that trying to discuss this relative outcome with them is only met with disregard, and any attempt in trying to bring their own spiritual notice regarding their own pursuits in science is the very reason for their spiritual neglect of us all.

Our Father and his holy angelic intervention proved to me his truth...he is real and so are the Light Angels. It is a sad fact that Catholicism taught Christianity in a way that controlled our beliefs and they tried to implement a fear tactic to persuade humanity to be spiritually moral. But in doing so they also mis-taught and misquoted the truth of our Light Heaven and how we were created. This has been a great dispute amongst religious leaders and then it involved scientists trying to persuade us that an existence after we die is not real. Yet so many visions, and experiences deny this, and it is only when you are involved in the self experience are we ever taught our Father's truth.

We were absolved from all Sin because of the Christ Act...that humanity were born because of the fall of Heaven and our spirit had to incarnate because of this Act. The total discussion in the bible is a literature that has to be completely read and should never be quoted. Making quotes out of the Bible is trying to imply that you know the meaning....yet the totality of the discussion revealed that the Act of Christ as the result is the outcome.

Therefore don't bother trying to preach from the Bible because you will always get the quotes wrong. The Biblical story is a complete overview and was written to teach the outcome. Therefore the only truth is the Christ Act.

I’m sorry Wendy, but that has to be the strangest idea I've ever heard of in testimony. The bible itself states that it is the word of God that teaches and to me not using it in quotes or otherwise diminishes its very power to deliver saints to become full overcomers in their walk with Christ.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

I might ask what you believe an evangelist, a preacher, or even a teacher is supposed to use, and is there some church you attend that teaches this? Thanks.

Blessings in Christ Jesus.

A teacher is normally a human being inspired by the story. The story is exact, it depicts the outcome....that humanity is free of sin due to the situation in which our spirit is involved. A Teacher is only meant to read the story to its listeners and then teach human morality as the proposal of the outcome. Trying to imply self representation from the information is the very reason for religious dispute, causing religious wars and immorality itself, due to human egotism stating that their theory and application involving the religious documents is the only truth.

I think that the witness of Scripture needs to be considered, and indeed heeded; i.e., that salvation is by grace through faith, not of works (Ephesians 2.8-9); and that 'all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God' (Romans 3.23). This is why the Lord Jesus came, that He might die at the Cross in the place of sinner, 'that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life' (John 3.16),

All have sinned because we live, we are made manifest, we were placed into life...we have choices and we are not perfect as God is.

Therefore no human being can lay claim to God, nor can the teachings, just as reminded in the teachings itself.

If we were God, then we would never have left God and materialized into a living cell. This advises us that we are living in Sin although the Sin and its creation is forgiven, just as our sinful choices are forgiven because we had to be created from the loss that God caused.

Christ, the Saviour of the situation obviously allowed for a spirit of sacrifice out of Heaven to replace the lost Earth atmospheric Heaven to occur when Adam and Eve caused it to fall, simply because we are advised that Adam and Eve were the first human beings. Therefore there was a preceding Earth life that was catastrophically attacked and changed. Due to a new atmosphere forming, our Father had to alter his light Heavenly Sound to allow it to heal the atmosphere to allow for Life to Return, which it did.

This is the reason why Earth Heaven is the only holy Heaven in the Universe, for it has a holy purpose and only it is supported by the Light Heaven.

Hebrews 12.28 speaks of the 'heavenly Jerusalem', contrasting with the earthly, in which the Lamb of God reigns, exalted and glorified. The 'better country' of which Hebrews 11.16 speaks involves a heavenly hope.

Hi Wendy, again to me these are some very strange teachings; do you attend some form of church, or follow teachings of some group?

You said "Don't bother trying to preach from the Bible because you will always get the quotes wrong," and yet you refer to Adam and Eve for instance.

Thanks.

This discussion has gone too far afield. Our member, "notforgotten" has made a public declaration regarding their religious experience. The original testimony included many unusual or supernatural events. They haven't posted since October but that doesn't mean they won't come back.

Out of respect to the OP let's do try to stick to the topic and not go too far here. The Testimonies Forum isn't a place for debate, nor is it a place to offer opinions about if we can quote the bible or not. The Testimony Forum is more like a "safe place" for Members to tell others about how they relate to God. It's a place of Praise!

Dear brother or sister notforgotten,

your testimony is very touching. I would like to understand more fully how your loving relationship with Jesus is lived by you in every day life.
I talk to him a lot and I try to be obedient as possible. I believe that it is through faith and obedience that the chains to the Evil One are broken. Thank you.

I believe that man can be "blinded by science".
