I don't have severe allergies, but my allergies were bad enough to require Rx medication every day (Allegra, back when it was an Rx). Now, I take 6 grams of time-release vitamin C (3 grams, 2x daily) and that seems to help. Of course, I take a bunch of other antioxidants, too, but I really think its the vitamin C helping with the allergies.

Vitamin D is good, too. Get some sunshine.
Regarding minerals, manganese (not magnesium) has a reputation of helping some people. In all, you should of course take ALL of them (sounds like you already are), and then additional specific nutrients you may be low in that exacerbates the allergies due to lack. You sound like you're doing the right thing.
