i believe that means that whole world not just isreal.

No the whole world doesnt hate christians and the whole world isnt going to kill christians.
You dont even know who Jesus is speaking to in the gospels.
Hes not speaking to gentiles.Gentiles are grafted in yes,but he is talking to Israel.
