Ha, welcome to my world. It's absolutely a nightmare dealing with this large number of huge databases.
Struggle is at the heart of innovation. Without struggle, there is no need for innovation. Manufacturing and innovation are tied at the hip.I know Tesla is in trouble last time I read,as far as his rocket,a struggle too.
Financially .I get the mistakes and deaths .Struggle is at the heart of innovation. Without struggle, there is no need for innovation. Manufacturing and innovation are tied at the hip.
This is at the core of the tariffs with China. America is falling behind as an innovative leader and we were losing our ability to effectively innovate.
Wouldn't you love to see Edison's failures?Financially .I get the mistakes and deaths .
The idea of NASA space exploration was to one up the ruskies.fear of them being able to attack us from space ,not that they also didn't think that but they were power hungry ,not that we can't use said power wrongly.
I live close to nasa ,I have watched elon's failures ,I have photo of a rocket seconds before explosion
The direct current wars, his utility grid idea isn't what we use ,but Tesla .Wouldn't you love to see Edison's failures?
I was just trying to show how far we've innovated since Edison. The direct current wars, his utility grid idea isn't what we use ,but Tesla .
He visited Stuart ,florida or nearby often
Where do You get the idea i was anti innovation ?I was just trying to show how far we've innovated since Edison.
For example, electricity has really opened up our world. It made computers possible. In our homes, we went from oil lamps to light our homes, to incandescent bulbs, then cfl and now led. None of this came without many failures. The money that went into R&D was well worth every penny because each failed attempt was a learning opportunity.
When we stop failing, we stop innovating because we've gotten lazy and comfortable.
Luke 5:39 NIV
And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, 'The old is better.'"
Were not called to get comfortable in any aspect of our life, including our faith. Jesus preached innovation and he teaches us immerse our faith in innovative ways.
Oh, sorry about that.Where do You get the idea i was anti innovation ?
In orbit was the last one I photographed ,and yesOh, sorry about that.
So, you actually saw Elon's rockets explode? That would be kinda cool to see. Kinda like a multimillion dollar firework. ?
Well "effective" innovation isn't always what it seems. We spent millions on developing an ink pen that would write in weightlessness of space...so the astronauts could take written notes in space. Today these are the pressurized cartridges that are sold for your high end ink pens.Struggle is at the heart of innovation. Without struggle, there is no need for innovation. Manufacturing and innovation are tied at the hip.

Ha,Hard drives in computers that are common today were first developed in the early '70's. The world was using hard drives the size of refrigerators...the technology was shelved until they developed a product to sell it in.
Even your cell phone hard drives were developed in the mid '70's.
Solid state drives were perfected in 77 I think...my father, working for HP, was on the prototype line...he told us about each of these inventions as they were developed. And promptly shelved.Ha,
I remember looking at my first terabyte. The drive was the size of a stove and the disc was huge!
Now everything is solid state.
Even in the military and govt that is true .Unfortunately nothing is the same today as it was yesterday.
It used to be that you worked hard for a company that made something and at the end of 30+ years you retired fat and happy.
The business model that made this true no longer exists.
Employees are now a temporary resource that are considered replaceable very easy with younger cheaper labor who are desperate to pay Whopper sized school loans.
Of course it likely will be a woman as guys have stopped graduating from college these days. And she knows that she will be temporary as she will be looking for a husband and to have a child or two...she might go back if she needs to pay them student loans off.
Oh, sorry about that.
