Just wanted to give a brief PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

As some of you know I began working for the Nissan company about 5 1/2 months ago. The short version is next week begins our 2 week shut-down period. We have been very scared at my house because I'm not yet eligible for vacation time, and I've spent weeks trying to find a part-time job so I could at least bring in something. Unfortunately, it seems that nobody is hiring.

I just received an email from my supervisor which said they are loaning out vacation time to new employees who have been here at least 90 days.

That's me.

So now I get a two-week paid vacation that I can actually spend enjoying with my family instead of crawling up the walls to find work.

Lord thank you so much for this blessing you've poured out for my family!

you work at a dealer of the maker in a plant? and praise God. im curious as I own a Nissan. btw you socialist.lol the French government owns Nissan of japan and Nissan of America.

I work for the manufacturing plant. Since I haven't been here long, I'm still pretty ignorant of goings-on outside my own little space. Trying to learn the areas around me and all that good stuff first. All I know is if I play my cards right, I will never have to job search again.

ah which plant. I know that some make trucks and others cars. and parts for cars.on that subject. my oem radio is made in china! lol. well im glad for ya.pray that I make probation. im getting faster and better at reading meters and moving but still I have a lot to go on the long routes.
