So I was craving a cold coffee drink. I thought a recently opened convenience store 
might have a sale or…something. Just a side note 
: I do make my own cold brew. I’ve got some in the refrigerator for tomorrow but it takes at least 18 hours. So…
I park and go in and…the vibe was hostile. Some customers made comments about how people feel about me etc etc…
And I think
I did ok handling it. I got my coffee drink…wasn’t on sale unfortunately..paid got out.
I dunno
I may just have to accept rumors and petty cruelty. It’s not that big a deal especially…all things considered…
It’s just both frustrating and confusing
because I keep a low profile I haven’t been arrested in over 12 years now my charges were plea bargained and I’ve been off probation for over 8 years now. Just..rational thinking cap on…
I kind of assumed that especially in a small city
that’s actually growing and has already grown a good bit…
My shady past would somehow not be such an issue in my day to day life?
