Well, I have been working on a script. It is a hobby and one I have to keep a tight lid on not to get obsessed with. But essentially I believe the storyline would sell books, movies, television...

The basic premise is to tie together all time travel in Star Trek revealing that it is not "time travel" but transiting universes (quantum theory all that could happen does happen in alternative realities). That when one steps from one universe into another at the same time frame the fact that it is an alternative universe is clearer by all the discrepancies / differences in their universe. But in a future point or past point in an alternate universe, it appears one has traveled through time.

Players in the script involve an aged Jonathan Archer, Daniels, Spock Prime, Kirk Prime and the reboot Trek cast. I even thought of asking Gary Sinise to portray McCoy Prime. All surviving TOS actors included... their parts will be aged. Even Christopher Doohan can portray a younger Montgomery Scott.

This will not impinge on the reboot cast since timeline alterations / alternate universes can affect the odds over DNA and ancestry etc.

Interesting, I believe Salman Khan would be an excellent Khan Noonien Singh. I thought the Reboot Khan was ridiculous. A Brit.

Kyle Chandler would make a good Commodore Christ Pike (Prime).

There's a part of the script that involves all original ST Captains... Captain's conference too.
The actor Jonathan Frakes (Commander Will Riker) has seen bits and pieces of the script on a Trek BBS we used to frequent. He thought it has lots of potential and I assured him he would be my choice of directors if I actually have a choice.

Interesting. My understanding is that the quantum multiverse theory was derived from the double slit experiment. Light travelling through 2 apertures creates an interference pattern beyond it. However, if you measure which aperture individual photons travel through, the interference pattern disappears.

Some theorize that the interference pattern still exists, but is divided between alternate universes.

Yeah... and it is a convenient alternative to the busted theory of macro-evolution... transpermia / panspermia theories run amok.

Since no way could a God exist or have done it all... in the minds of the God haters.

In reality there is but one universe and one eternity.

But what about Trek is real?

1) Trek is pretend. Since Jesus came to this earth to redeem us, this would seem to rule out humans existing anywhere else.

2) Nothing in the Bible rules out unpopulated multiverses, or multiple unknown dimensions in this one. Before telescopes, who could have imagined that the current universe was 92 billion light years across, even though only the earth has people. The Lord is unimaginably powerful, and can create a trillion universes as easily as He can create one.

We take for granted the complexities that afford us one platform to exist on. That or we have been ignorant of the complexities. The stated purpose for all that exists in the created (physical) realm is in the Genesis account. To provide for life here. As seasons etc. To make an Earth in the physical realm, where would you start and where would you finish? To quote Hillary (sort of) "It takes a Universe."

The New Heavens / New Earth (or as I like to think of it as the New Heaven-Earth... will be the infusion of physical and spirit realms and thus not in need of such a vast system to sustain it.

Oh yes... in tandem with the suns gravity the planets act as cosmic vacuum cleaners for keeping nasty space debris like asteroids and meteors of any size away from Earth. I am not certain, but I imagine the solar winds also push away much from our path. We are vulnerable and the Bible does mention a mountain falling from the sky but not one instant before its time in God's plan.

well cell phones came from the concept of communications on star trek. so that is now real. don't think we can call from a radio?police and the army can do that.
see through buildings with a sensing device? yes we have that as well. bio beds are in a crude form.
visual communications like the main screen? snap chat and live chats with streaming video and two way communications? yes we have that too. I think trek has inspired a lot of things. will we have warp engines and so forth? probably not but unless the lord returns we might have some abilities to travel into space beyond solid fuel or liquid fuel engines

Exactly. How can we know if additional dimensions or universes might play some role in protecting the earth? Our puny human minds have only figured out a microscopic fraction of what is out there. Even in the known universe, most of the matter and energy is an unknown type of matter/energy. Science has no idea what type of particles make up most of the universe.
