Josh McDowell is good. Easy and simple to understand.
But he's going to be too simple and easy for Oz.
But good for persons seeking God.

So he would probably be good for one person I have in mind but not the other one.
Both believe in God, one believes the Jesus was a Godly man who was/is an example to us. The other I think is more of a Deist, (how could a God that says He is love allow children to suffer so much.) This one has a very high IQ and is in the field of medicine, so lots of science. He says he is agnostic.

I would suggest the Timothy Keller book Reasons for God for Deist. Not sure anyone else who read it thinks.

The second one has to come to terms with evil - why it's here and how it got here.
The bottom line is that we can't know the answer. There's a thread going on right now about this: Who Created Satan in A & T. He might like: Answering the New Atheism by Scott Hahn. He's a former Protestant theologian and is very good in explaining concepts. Even though the person you know says he's agnostic, it'll still work.

I asked her if I could go to Sunday School and surprisingly she said yes.

Never realised he was a Christian. Have you ever watched the one with John Sisseroli (I think I got his name right), I really liked that one.

Whenever my like gets out of kilter or I'm struggling the Holy Spirit always "come back to what you know, to what you believe and that is Jesus" shame I'm so thick that the Holy Spirit needs to keep reminding me. Praise God he does though. Very patient with me.

Wow, that's a testimony.

What's even more of a testimony is that my mum also believes Jesus as the Son of God who died and rose again for our sins he is no longer just a prophet.
