Are We Now Ready To Fight Or To Die?

Ezra,
Your screen name is well chosen, your position is scriptural and, perhaps, a hasty conclusion leads me to believe you know where in the Christian Bible to find the Bible and where to find the God ordained, God spoken Life Application of it. This Crazy Old Vietnam Vet thinks you a serious Follower of the Most High God.
i try to be a serious follower sometimes i listen to my own voice . but yes i know for the most what the word says. i am God called God ordained .i do preach all though i am not a pastor at this time.. lots Churches are set in their own way and fail to sow to themselves in righteousness and break up their fallow ground.. ( times we all fail ) my former pastor in who i took the call to preach .just turned 84 sunday and has been preaching for 50 years at least . he still preaches and pastors.

the part i agree on as a mistake was the 1st gulf war.. we should have went on to Baghdad and kicked the living daylights out of the so called elite army . and then left . i can see removing Saddam from power created a dry tender box waiting for a spark to ignite it. my reason for saying kicking the day lights military wise. send a message you wanted power and to take kawaitt (spell check) with power. we will show you true power and send a string message this is how it will be took care of. but instead politics got involved . i am not a military man this is just IMO .
far be it from the truth but we did do that in the gulf war. his army and air force were never the same. but isis has not much of a regular force to deal with. we could deal with them but again another would rise.

I'm more of the opinion that the Iraqi war was a mistake, but if someone is threatening the world I would hope that our military is ready to defend us at least.

What was basically in the video? I don't want to watch it if they show beheadings or something, but what basically are they saying? They are a step closer, in what way? Did they say?
G.W. Bush has a heart unknown in this world today. I, without an unbiased investigation will never be convinced those weapons were not there. Indeed, he had used some of them on the peoples of his nation to test them. the English, the Israeli and the American Secret Services are never all wrong at the same time. Syria is am imaginary line in the sand away from Iraq and the very weapons Sadam had tested on the Kurd and the other peoples in his purview were located in syria and much of them remain there, to this day.

W did not raise a ruckus, trying to let things settle leaving the true question, where are the remainder?

A normally reasonable position but! (Everyone please, I know many of you consider me a birther so let's stay on course and not run rabbit trails into nah na nah nah land.) We do not have a legally elected president to ask making it essential to allow the Great Pretender to lead as he wishes, from behind. Without a basics root swell I can see no chance of the US engaging these killers until they are unstoppable.

The world, since WW II has held on to the US for leadership and this man, seated as promised by the man regarded as the King of the Arabs, in '08 has set this situation up. I do not for a single moment believe this was to be the result, no, the King of the Saudis attempted to purchase his kingship of the world and everything was set and because of the money spent causing Jihad by him, this sprung up.

So the topic remains. are you ready to be incinerated in a wire cage?
Absolutely ready! Not only the beheading happened that Jethro mentioned, but a stoning of a young gal happened on America soil, too, for taking the wrong guy for her husband.

People can say they will have a seat, but when they're in your neighborhood - all sorts of weapons will be coming out. People have been stock piling ammo for things like this. It'd be a shame if everyone just went back inside and let them take over. These guys are evil, evil and more evil.

I dont think a group of crazy people will take over the world.
They are murdering and will murder even more without intervention and without leadership, there will not be intervention making another facet visible, "Do you want Russia, with their record to lead?

we should have shook baghdad all the way to the palace the 1st time.

if we removed Hussein. I think we would have the same issue. not that I trusted him but its an easy thing for hind sight. he imho was a problem. he did have wmds and per Clinton was a threat to the us.

I have seen it said that ISIS is capable of carrying out their threats, ISIS is not capable of carrying out their threats, ISIS is secretly here or there already (according to who?), etc. It's hard to know what to believe.
I hear a lot of things that don't sound accurate, from places my family listens to like ends time doomsday blogs. That doesn't mean I don't consider ISIS a threat, just that people will capitalize on fear.
Four, likely, members were caught one day crossing from Mexico and it is recorded that we catch less than 10% of those peoples crossing so what, were ther 36 others that day? How many the day before and the day following. The information is contained within the government but with the Great Pretender, it will never be seen before he is gone, if he leaves.

the problem is the great pretender.

sounds like he understands God's plan for retirement.

I try to always be practical and he is a symptom of the problem. He is a symptom just as drunkenness, whoredom, homosexuality, foul mouthed exclamations and all of sin are symptoms of the root issue. The root is the lack of a heart for god and His ways.

I cant disagree with that.

Im sorry, but a group of ruthless goons running a muck in a desert, who think beheading a couple of people trying to claim glory and think that is called advancement for taking over the world is not going to intimidate me.

Everyday thousands of people get killed in the world. Why do they think showing me on the news a picture of cutting off peoples heads is intimidating?.

They just lost and need to find the LORD Jesus.
The latest incident is not the beheading of a seven year old and placement of his head on a stick. This time the cage the man and burnt him alive and filmed it for our ¿pleasure? In the 1920s Adolph was ignored as a nuisance, in the thirties he was an irritation and in the latter thirties and early forties the US just wanted to be left alone and to let those silly Europeans settle their spats. I don't believe we learned very much that time, did we?

Matthew 10:28

"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell"
And let's all humbly pray that God will give us that fear of Him if we ever find ourselves under the terrorist's knife.

There is around 7 billion people in the world, and a handful of them are ruthless maniacs. I seriously doubt they can beat 7 billion people when they hide behind human shields and think if they cut off a couple of people heads they are so great or put there head on a stake. Im sure there enemys could do the same as well if they really wanted, but they are not that retarded.

That handful is over 2 billion.

Just saying...
