Other than Hebrews 11, it is simple reasoning.
God created time, which means he is not bound by it. He being outside time can apply Jesus's blood to those who before he created the universe he planned to save.
I don't apply simple reasoning when it comes to studying the scriptures. Hebrews 11 says nothing about the blood of Jesus, but by faith. Jesus shedding His blood was the plan before the foundation of the world that in God's timing this would be done. A spirit has no flesh and blood until God gives it a human form as He did with Jesus being the word and the light of God before the foundation of the world, John 1:1-5.
