Does anybody see Bee Movie as being prophetic?

I believe Amos 8:11 has another level of meaning in it that I will explain after some discussion.

Amos 8:11

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

11 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord God,
“When I will send a famine on the land,
Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water,
But rather for hearing the words of the Lord.

are they talking about africanised beees? if so well they aren't that bad. we have them on the beaches and on the mainland. while they can kill they don't go around looking for you. you just enter in their territory you better watch it and then run.

The hebrew word for "word" is dabar. Interesting that Deborah from Judges fame the meaning of her name is bee which also has the same root as dabar. So could the famine in the land also be not hearing the sound of the bees? Just something to think about.

Bees. All bees. Not "africanized" only and it's very, very alarming. 'They' are pointing their fingers to pesticides. But 'they' also admit that they don't know. Colony Collapse Disorder is the term they use for it.

Over the last two winters, there have been large-scale, unexplained losses of managed honey bee (Apis mellifera L.) colonies in the United States. In the absence of a known cause, this syndrome was named Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) because the main trait was a rapid loss of adult worker bees.
