You need this to get started. This basic installation includes the King James Version, King James Version w/ Strong's numbers, Strong's dictionary, and the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge cross-references. Download additional resources using the "Download" menu within e-Sword.
Be sure you play with all of the tool icons there are some very useful tools there. When I am not glued to this bed and I can get to church I use it on my 'puter to teach with and my Pastor received a $400 Christmas gift Bible Study program but still prefers e-Sword. It is so preferred that until a couple of years one team of Linux people worked full time to insure it ran on linux. I run Ubuntu Linux with Wine to run my e-Sword.
Yes I don't know what is going on, I am certain it is this computer but I will be getting A Nextbook for Christmas so this will be the first program i download on it I do like the program but I would like to have the Hebrew and Greek Text.

Introduction to Biblical languages
How to use Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek resources In E-Sword and The Word
Dr Franklin S Jabini
Preface
This book is an unusual introduction to biblical languages. Instead of following the traditional way of introducing the languages with lots of memorisation, I am using two software programs which analyse the text of the bible. You do not have to memorise paradigm after paradigm any longer to be able to analyse God‟s word in its original languages. ... I pray that this book will help you to appreciate the original languages of the bible, and that it will encourage you to study them. Midrand, February 2011 Franklin S. Jabini
This is so useful. It is like having all my Language Class notes EXPLAINED again.
I would just watch everything from ifbtube.com. Good sermons and documenataries. But for bible study, just use the KJV bible and ask the holy ghost to guide you. I don't believe in commentaries, they are of the devil imo.

Firstly, welcome to the forum; I'm sure you'll have a great time here. You can start a new thread in the New Member Forum for the friendly members here to welcome you to the site.
The site you have suggested looks good; the KJV is old-school as is commendable. I think defining commentaries as, 'of the devil' is a little steep; I think it would have been better to simply state you are not fond of commentaries.
A few of my favorites I have used over the years to help, both translate and interpret Bible passages.
I stick mainly with the Greek, but I will sometimes delve into the LXX and Hebrew of the OT
A few that I use and they are free. Hope this helps
A fairy good Greek/Hebrew interlinear. You can view a screenshots of it at the link:

A site that shows 5 of the Greek texts most Bible versions are derived from along with several Bible versions.
I used this with my translation of Revelation while harmonizing these texts [a lot of variances in some of them]
The Parallel Greek New Testament can be downloaded for $5.00 or shipped on CD ROM, and contains 14 parallel Bible texts, including 5 Greek font texts.
