Just hanging inside today with hubby and wanting it to quit raining and warm up so I can get some yard work done.

Well I picked up my truck...$6900.

But it purrs so smoothly that it's difficult to know if the motor is on or not. But the tach reads @500 rpms. And it's still in break in...so I'm going to have to take it easy for a while...500 miles. But then I'm letting the monster loose.

I just saw something about the moonwalk and let me just say that I am a HUGE Michael Jackson fan!! I mean of his music though since the guy was a creep in my opinion. :erm Smooth Criminal is one of my favorites along with Thriller! Oh yeah and this is a bit off topic but I'm going to the movies again this upcoming Wednesday to see the new Dumbo film and speaking of films has anybody heard of this one coming out at Easter called Breakthrough? It's probably not going to be one that I'm going to see in the theaters but it still looks pretty good.

Yeah I sure hope he repented and was saved at the end of his life but I doubt he was. He slept with children as well. Ah well, like I said before, I still loved his music. Bad is also another favorite of mine but for obvious reasons I can't post that one. Oh yeah and one more thing, I am one of those type of Christians who also believes in the possibility of ghosts. Being that spirits couldn't find the light or they had unfinished business.



So I make this joke that every Halloween that Michael Jackson and all of the rest of the people buried in his cemetery have their spirits come back and dance the Thriller dance. That's one thing that I want to do with a group of my friends (if I had any) and get all dressed and made up to look like Zombies and crawl out of our coffins like they did in The Haunted Mansion film and dance to that song. In fact it's a really funny thing but I can even picture you doing something like that. XD



Anyways, this is just for you John and a little Potc to go along with it since in my opinion it's a very good mix.

I'm sorry, I have been in and out today with geocaching and Yoga class. For those of you who don't already know I saw Dumbo yesterday btw, and I thought that it was pretty good despite the negative reviews.

Thank you! I went well on the surface but the person I work for is a very sad, pathetic person. I got really mad about something that happened in the meeting where it was made clear that my input wasn't valued and it was done in a very unprofessional way, as this person was trying to make themselves look better. I let it go and I'm trying to dwell on the good in my life that this person obviously doesn't have, which is sad.
I'm getting an education lately in not caring what other people think of me. I think its partly because one of my insecurities about becoming a teacher is that its perceived as an option for people who can't make it in other careers. But if I let go of that and not care what others perceive, I could end up in a very challenging but rewarding role as a teacher. Still nervous about it, but maybe I'm on the right track?

Does this coffee shop serve hot cocoa topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings? That sounds good right about now.
