Do you know the difference between the two? Or more to the point, is there anything in Islam to stop a Muslim from joining an ISIS like group?
Within Christianity I can name a few points that would stop people from becoming dovoted to militarized hate. On of those elements it to not fight back. Turn the other cheek, and concour evil by doing good are two elements where many Christians won't join anything that is aimed at wiping out the nonbelievers or the infidels. Is there anything within Islam to stop the march of madness, when madding philosophies take momentum?
What you say might be true for_his_glory. But I know there's more to it then just this. The hatred within Islam does not unite it. Instead what we see is fractions within the religion, and warring between it's leaders and the people. Human nature when it gets involved with power is a stronger dividing ailment then a one world rule fueled by a common hatred. Both politically and religiously, Islam is at war with itself, and with the world.
You are right as there is so much more and especially when Jihad divides its own people as many Muslims would rather live in peace, but are held by a forceful dictatorship that goes even beyond their own government that actually goes way back to it's beginnings with Nimrod.
