Alright. To rephrase or reiterate the OP. A Christian can live and NOT sin against God. Christ didn't sin
Do we as born again Christians sin willfully....No.
That just might end up being the most "Christian" answer given on this thread............ but I hope I am proved wrong by future replies.I have, and yet I am a Christian. There are times when I sin willfully, and I'm fairly certain there will be times like that in the future.

I like your choice of wording, Deborah. But I think we all pretty well understand that DW was using "willfully" about the same way most of us would... to mean, deliberately, or on purpose. Sort of the way few of us use the word "justice" the same way it is meant when speaking of God's justice. We tend to think of vindictive judgment and punishment, while God's rendering of it in His actions means, "to set wrongs, right.

Christ had problems and challenges - did He sin?This is an interesting one. I'll about bet that you have sinned just as I have. But not by the definition of willfully or willingly in the scriptures.
There are only two scriptures that this Greek word that is translated as willfully is used and the definition is very specific. Only the first one is speaking about sin.
Heb 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
1Pe 5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
G1596 - hekousiōs
1)voluntarily, willingly, of one's own accord
A)to sin wilfully as opposed to sins committed inconsiderately, and from ignorance or from weakness
I have never committed a sin that was not committed because of - inconsiderately, from ignorance, or from a weakness.
I'd about bet you haven't either. Why do I think this, because of the words you speak about the Lord so I don't think you have rejected the Savior.
What do you mean by "Did Christ sin the the future"?.Christ has never sinned and never will sin.Did Christ sin in the future?
???????????????????????????? Where did THAT come from?Did Christ sin in the future?
Darkwalker's statement. He mentioned that he'd sin in the future...probably as a result of life challenges. Did Christ sin the 'future'? Equate future to His 'later days' - when the journey got tougher for Him.What do you mean by "Did Christ sin the the future"?.Christ has never sinned and never will sin.
