Why didn't God kill the rebel angels when there was a war in heaven or after they were cast out?

What if created spiritual beings cannot have their spirit die at all?
That is probably on track. There is a difference in man and angels.

We must be born again of the spirit.
IMHO Adam’s birth/creation has several different camps trying to explain his existence.

1. Adam was made very good. (eddif)
2. Adam was made perfect (if perfect why was he warned about the tree of good and evil)
3.Adam created perfect and fell spiritually (IMHO Pentecost was the born again time for man)

Little lower than angels.

Because God is going to use the fallen angels to test people near future. Revelation chapter 9, the scorpions are fallen angels. Joel chapter 1, the locust army is kenites and fallen angels. They have king over them. Its satan in his role as antichrist near future. Revelation chapter 13 to document, beast system will test whole world near future. God will use the locust army to test people. Many people are biblically illiterate. They won't study the bible or they play church. Ephesians chapter 6,
Majority don't have gospel armory on. What is gospel armour?? Its knowledge and wisdom of God's word. The majority are not prepared. Antichrist and locust army will have no problem deceiving whole world. Many people will think antichrist is Jesus. Revelation chapter 11, the 7,000 thousand who die in earthquake in Jerusalem, near future, are the fallen angels. At that point God is finished with them. Friends, gospel armory on is only way past antichrist lies and deception near future. Ephesians chapter 6.

If angels and demons couldn't die .the demons wouldn't tremble at the Name of say hast thou come before the time ? To Jesus

God is Honorable. God has law. There may be spiritual law which deals with how angels are allowed to interact, and other such things. Spiritual Law is not 100% laid out in the Bible. It may be between the lines, and seen by observing creation, and through prayer and revelation.

God rules through Charisma. Imagine a man that exuded Charisma like a King David or a King Arthur. People feel safe around him. They feel he is just. He wins. Some men, they have a lot of charisma, and naturally draw people to them. God rules through Charisma. His law is perfect.

Some angels may have been under contract. Given they were wrong, they were still under contract.

Angels are also, immortal beings, and how an immortal being perceives things is different from an average human perception. There are things worse than ceasing to exist.....like being stuck in the bottomless pit.

So they could Test the Humans and things, and have the Experience that the non-Fallen Angels did not have. You could call a Demon an Angel who has interacted with Humans in the past, other than a few known accounts in the Bible and things, (Gideon, and then Enoch becomes Metatron, an Angel thought to be Michael by many, kills 180,000 in Kings and Chronicles). But the point being that the Demons are according to the Book of Jude and Enoch both, Chained awaiting Judgement in many cases.

So they were not killed that they might find Penitence.

As I see it, God can't just change His gift of free will. He's a righteous God. What defeated them is the free will of Jesus Christ to follow God's plan and redeem us from sin. It was a defeat of Satan and his evil angels. They still reign in this Age of Grace, but as the bible shows God had a 'sacred secret' that totally threw Satan off. In The End, Satan and his evil angels will be done with, to be no more, not even in memory.

And almost by the Nature of the Universe, or the Big Bang, you can’t put the Genie back in the Bottle. It’s kind of like the “Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” where they say “In the beginning God created the Universe, and many have since then considered that a really bad move”. Things are almost by their Nature always trying to get back to a better previous state, or to restabilize, to gain Homeostasis, with a Fallen Time, something that is gone. Kind of a constant attempt to return to the Past, and Time not existing.
