Can I call myself a Christian even if I can't get baptized or go to a church due to my parents?

Long story short, my family doesn't want to help me convert until I'm older. Is it okay for me to call myself a Christian anyway even if I can't do Christian things publicly yet? I regularly read my bible and try to read stuff on Christianity, along with other stuff I do in private. I'm planning on getting baptized and going to a church once I can, but for now would this be okay?

Baptism is a public declaration to the church that you are made new and have a new nature now. That you confess your a Christian now and that you choose to follow Jesus christ. If you don't get baptized your not going to hell. It is just an expression of your faith thst zHod encourages. When you can get baptized. Be a part of a true church that worships God with sound doctrine. God doesnt forsake a contrite heart.

A Christian is one that believes in Christ rising from the dead/a good conscience/baptism.

Would we have a good conscience to not be following light from the darkness, life from death ?

1 Peter 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
