Catholic-Protestant confirmation bias that refuses to accept scripture that repentance in Hell is possible must be rejected as unsound

The Spirits in prison were the hybrid human-angel "men of renown" imprisoned since the flood of Noah's Day. It says they couldn't believe God would forgive the defilement of the image of God with angel DNA, so they wouldn't believe Noah's preaching. So Christ made a special trip to them, convinced them God would forgive their hybrid nature, and they gave the answer of a good conscience just like what saves us the church:
Rubbish! The hybrid human-angels were the Nephilim who all killed each other during the weeks that Noah was in the Ark before The Flood.
It was he Fallen Angels of Satan's FIRST GANG who are imprisoned in chains waiting to be released for a little season with Satan at the end of the millennium. Then they will be permanently destroyed as no pardon can be granted them.
The Nephilim will not be resurrected and ehir bones will remain buried in flood sediments.
Jesus went to tell the fallen angels that Satan's plan had failed and although he had succeeded in having Jesus crucified Jesus had died as the innocent lamb whose blood washes away all sins for those who believe he is the Son of GOD.

"the hybrid human-angel" :shock

If you into that sort of weirdness theory I see no point in continuing.
Peter and James believed it, will you stop heeding them?

2 Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned;
3 and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.
4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; (2 Pet. 2:2-4 NAU)

6 And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day,
7 just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.
8 Yet in the same way these men, also by dreaming, defile the flesh, and reject authority, and revile angelic majesties. (Jude 1:6-8 NAU)
