Controversial theory!!!

I'm new to the forum, Christian my whole life but recently started learning about faith
Some may noticed my posts struggling with Gnosticism and theories of mark of the beast
Another theory popped up in my mind, perhaps influenced from many things I watch and read regarding the religion
Note that I do not intend to spread blasphemous theories, this is just another thought of a person who I still new to all of this
Does modern Christianity have something to do with Mark of the beast, maybe even the cross
God didn't specifically intend for people to make religions or symbols as the cross
I heard in some nominations church is even considered to be above the bible
Mark strongly looks like the act of making a cross sign with the right hand from the forehead across chest, even holding a cross in the hand placing it to the forehead
I partially know why we hold a cross as our sign, to remember Christ's sacrifice but I still find it weird us glorifying the very thing on which our savior "died"
I also heard some nominations leave out of change a lot and even heard the story of turbulence already happening long time ago and beast or the prophet was a guy with the name with the letter N (I forgot, I still don't know a lot) linked to early Christianity you couldn't sell or buy and was a lot of murders
Can God actually see modern Christianity or something similar as false prophet and cross as idolatry or something similar
This wasn't worded well, English is my second language and I still don't know enough about anything but I'm very confused and seek the truth
My intentions are strictly some support in these doubts from people more knowledgeable
Sometimes I feel as the Satan tries to pull me away from christ and Christianity with all of this things

At what age did you become a Christian and what was your life like before you became a Christian ?

I live in the country where most of the population is orthodox Christian by default with most people following it as a part of the tradition
Recently I started looking up further and more therrow, therefore every question and a theory is me genuinely seeking to understand, not km any way trolling or anything similar
My life was not ideal before if it's of geat importance to you

As I said we grow up taught to be Christian, I recently found personal interest to be Christian as everyone should
I'm interested about the intention of your questions, am I being judged for trying to understand

I get where you're coming from. I'm happy you've gotten into the heart of Christianity, which involves having your own personal faith and relationship with God and Christ. My prayer for you is that you find a steady walk with the Lord, and are able to grow in the stability of Christ's all-powerful love.

We have the tendency to see the bad in things, and then throw the whole baby out when what we're looking at is less than the whole picture. God gave us, with the Bible, an actual history of a nation of God, namely Israel. They were genuinely called and genuinely given hope for their nation.

However, the story of Israel is one of failure, or hypocrisy--of religious misrepresentation. And Israel has stood out as a warning to all the nations of the world who have now been called to be nations of God.

By this I mean that just as Israel came to observe the Law externally, and hypocritically, so Christian nations have come to display the teachings of Jesus by external ceremony with hidden agendas. We simply need to know that there is this aspect of Christianity--the external and the internal, so that we don't throw the baby out with the bath water.

Dead religious orthodoxy can be revived, just as it is doing in your own life. European Christianity will ultimately go the way of the Beast, I believe. But our job today is to strengthen what remains of genuine Christianity and try to win back those who have been raised up in a purely nominal Christianity.

This is what has happened apparently to you, and it certainly happened to me, as well! Jesus came at a time in Israel's history when they had become antichristian and idolatrous on the inside. So also, our ministry of God's love and grace must continue even in a time when Christianity has become a shell of its former self.

No , I am not judging you at all ! But I am looking for fruit of a Christian life . Jesus said you must be born again to be a Christian . Do you understand that ?

Do you have any idea of how can I learn about faith and follow Lords path the right way
There are not just so many atheist and scientific theories contradicting Christianity but Christian nominations and versions of the Bible
I'm truly overwhelmed

I god baptised in eastern orthodox church this year and recently found the will to follow christ by myself, not by te influence of my country trandition
Which I see as being born again for as much as I understand the term
I see many nominations, ways and theories and
I'm confused and overwhelmed on this path

There are not just so many atheist and scientific theories contradicting Christianity but Christian nominations and versions of the Bible

These forums try to serve you in just this way. I personally found some Christian ministries and authors that helped me. Unfortunately, I came to the Lord in a time when there was a scarcity of genuine Christianity around me. This led to a lot of problems with misunderstanding and mistakes in my life.

But there are a lot of resources today on-line, including people who will direct you to the places that have helped them. You simply need to find a few friends who you can trust to be genuine and knowledgeable. They will never be perfect, but God can use them to help you steer clear of the many obstacles and misrepresentations out there. May the Lord direct you in good paths!

The way to know who to trust is by their obvious love for Christ and his words. Beyond this, they should demonstrate, consistently, the fruit of Christian love, which will properly balance grace and law.

You cannot expect to experience God's Spirit consistently unless you learn to maintain hold of God's sense of righteousness. And without grace you'll constantly be under Satan's condemnation. I wish you well!

Problem is I'm an introvert and I know basically no people that are truly devoted to christ
I guess that there's no way to wrongly follow him but how would I even knew if they really get it or they are also misinformed
Do you know any YouTube channel that seem to be genuine and which nomination you find most closest to truly following lords word

Ask for help at the church where you were Baptized , they should be glad to point out the basics of the Christian faith and give you a direction on your studies to become a stronger Christian . You should not be working on any theories yet , you need the milk of God's word in the bible first .
You should stay away from the videos you are posting that we deleted in this forum , they are rotten to the core .

You need to forget about all this mark stuff for now ! You need the basics of what it is to be a Christian and all the verses of scripture before you can dive into the deep end of Revelation .

You were Baptized in a Eastern Orthodox Church there is no reason I can think of that you can not get the Christian basics , the milk of the word from servants of God there , they will help you .
