Islam is the 7th head of the beast that tramples Jerusalem for 1260 years.

The great whore is Moscow which sits on 7 hills and many waters (5 seas).

There is a fantastic book on this subject called Islam, Whore of Babylon. The author makes a solid case for why Islam is the Great Whore of Revelation 17 and 18. I picked it up at Amazon and couldn't put the book down.

the "whore" also symbolizes the contrivance of the system of spiritual/religious iniquity to reverse the things upside down, so that the sex, the physical sense activities and in general the physical creation of God (which in principle are not sinful) to be defiled and presented as sinful, while the very sin which is the spiritual/religious iniquity to be presented and deemed as holiest, this devilish spirit is called "kundalini" in the satanic religions

The great whore or ''mother of harlots'' is Catholicism, and her daughters are the protestant denominations.
