Counterfiet Treasure

Counterfiets look so much like the original that it can be really hard to tell the real treasures from the phony ones. For instance, a counterfiet bill might pass through a hundred different peoples hands before someone realizes that it's a phony bill that's not worth anything.


You know, the Word of God is a treasure that's more precious than anything on earth.

One of the things they told us at bible college, was that treasury agents in charge of counterfeiting do not study the fakes. Instead they study intensely the original.


If we study the word of God, and the indwelling Holy Spirit breathes life and understanding into it so that it becomes the bedrock of our soul.....we cannot be fooled by the glittering plastic of the devil

Just out of curiosity, please explain what you believe the "glittering plastic" of the devil to be and how it fools the people. And if you can, please respond with your own words, and resist the temptation to quote scripture to explain yourself.
