creation vs. evolutionism(a religion)

If you won't accept practical proofs, then you can always write a program to simulate evolution on a computer. If you create a hundred squares of varying shades of a colour an then allow the darkest ones to reproduce while deleting the lightest ones (simulative of for example, the lighter ones being more easily seen by predators), you evolve a shift towards the darker end of the spectrum. Eventually, you have a species that's so dark it's not even the same colour as the original species.

All this is describing is natural selection, not evolution. I'm talking about proof that something came out of nothing, and that one species has changed into something completely different. The link you sent does not constitute as mountains of verifiable evidence, and I think this discussion in particular belongs in another forum.

Natural selection is the principle upon which evolution works. Over millions of generations, the species at any branch in the evolutionary chain become more and more separate. How different do you want things to be?
Something coming from nothing is not evolution, that's abiogenesis. I don't know enough about Abiogenesis to tell you about it, but Wikipedia has a decent article. Evolution does not deal with the origins of life, simply the origins of the diversity of life.
