Scripture of The Day - Burning For Him

"For our God is a consuming fire." - Hebrews 12:29
God's voice dwells in the midst of the fire! Fire consumes the sacrifice, and in Romans 12:1-2 we are told to surrender our bodies and renew our minds. As we lay our flesh upon His altar, we are consumed!

Mark 9:49 - "For everyone will be salted with fire."

We are called to burn for Him and be voices of awakening. The Father desires to set regions ablaze with holy fire, but it will take surrendered ones who have been in His presence and are burning. It will take those who fully yield and obey to give birth to Heaven's agenda for this hour.

We must advance with our spiritual eyes open and carry a strong spirit of faith and authority. Bind up all false spirits and shake off their attacks. We are called to burn for Him! We are called to fuel the fires of revival and advance forward. We are called to be Heat Seekers!

Scripture Of The Day - LOVE NOT THE WORLD

This is the time in 2019 to be fully aware and fully impassioned for the things of God. Do not let the noise and distraction of the things of the world steal your attention in this critical hour! Set your full affections completely on the things that are above and don't be swayed by anything this world has to offer.

"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth." - Colossians 3:2 KJV

Prayer:

LORD JESUS, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WALKS SILENTLY IN THE INNERMOST SANCTUARY OF MY SOUL. SO CAREFULLY YOU WEAVE YOURSELF INTO THE FIBERS OF MY BEING. TOUCH ME WITH YOUR CLEANSING, RENEWING FIRE.

Scripture Of The Day - WALKING IN GOD'S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIFE

"...before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5

Although Jeremiah was called as a prophet, he still had to participate with action on his calling. God then instructs Jeremiah to "get up and prepare for action."

"Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them." - Jeremiah 1:17

In other words, he was not to sit down on the job or make any excuses. He was to get up and go.

The call of God does not come with perfect circumstances, but with many challenges to our obedience. There will always be an excuse to not participate with our calling. His Kingdom must come first in our lives because God, Himself, is first and our lives are to reflect who He is.

Scripture Of The Day - AWAKE FROM SLUMBER

"Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity"...Hebrews 6:1

Don't allow yourself to stagnate and become callous and cold. Now is the time to awake from slumber and rouse to reality (see Romans 13:11-14)! Arise and shine and push on to new heights (see Isaiah 60:1-5).

There is a wonderful grace offered for us to advance in the times of adversity! The invitation is extended to all saints; however, by a lack of commitment, many will disqualify themselves. This is a time to be desperate for the revealed glory of God. One of the marks of these overcomers will be hunger and complete dissatisfaction with business as usual. This holy hunger will drive us to seek the Lord on a much more increased level.

Jesus states in Matthew 5:6, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." The Amplified Bible reveals, "...those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God)...shall be completely satisfied!"

It's time to remove all lids of limitations off and believe God for big things, being assured that He is able to do much more than we could ask or even think (see Ephesians 3:20-21).

Scripture Of The Day - A Time Accelerate

"If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?" - Jeremiah 12:5 NIV
Have you been stumbling? Have you been stumbling with the footmen? Well the Lord is wanting to upgrade you to the horses. It's time for you to compete with the horses! The Lord is moving you up from running with the footmen to now racing with the horses.
God is about to bring you up to the next level of things. He's bringing you to a whole new ball game in 2019. He is bringing you to a new tier.

RUNNING WITH THE HORSES

You will be moved from running with the men to running with the horses. You will move from the natural to the supernatural. You will go from the first heavens to the third. You are being promoted.

Discouragement is fleeing from you. Sadness is leaving you. The disappointments and the depressing lies of the devil are being extinguished. The Holy Spirit is strengthening you with fresh revelation and you will now move forth in the spirit of power and might! It's time for you to ride on with the Rider on the white horse. Get renewed and get refreshed, for the Lord is about to accelerate you into the best season of your life!

Scripture Of The Day - MOVED BY THE RISEN CHRIST

"He that believeth on me....out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." -
John 7:38

The very life of the risen Christ in us is moving us to do His will. We are partakers of the divine nature to manifest the life of Jesus to the world.

"Others mocking said, 'these men are full of new wine.'" - Acts 2:13

"New wine" - a new order, new inspiration, new manifestation, a new creation. It is God's mind to fill us with that wine, to make us ready to burst forth with new rivers, fresh energy, no tired feeling.

What shall we do?

Believe -- stretch out -- press on -- let there be a new entering in -- a new passion to have it. We must drink deeply of the new wine, that the ones God has given us to influence and disciple may be satisfied and find satisfaction too.

"Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." - Philippians 3:21

The body being so operated by the Spirit in the process of changing through affirming and meditating on His Word until we are like unto Him.

Being filled with the Spirit we are so hungry, so thirsty, that nothing will satisfy us but seeing Jesus. Getting more thirsty every day, more dry every day, until the floods come, and the Master passes by, ministering unto us and through us, and through us the same life, the same inspiration, that as He is, so are we in this world.

Scripture Of The Day - POSITIONED IN PERFECT SUBMISSION

Ephesians 1:4 - "He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love."

Man is called to rest in God, but we must also labor with God. In this labor, we must find what He created us to do. God who is co particular and specific knew what He was creating us for before the world was even created. We each have a very specific job to do -- a very specific calling. We will never know a true peace and fulfillment in our hearts until we are doing our callings.

Colossians 3:15 - "And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from the Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts to which as members of Christs one body you were also called to live. And be thankful, giving praise to God always."

2 Peter 3:14 - "With this to look forward to, do your utmost to be found at peace with Him, unblemished and above reproach in his sight."

If we are irritated and upset about things in our life it is very hard to receive quiet guidance from the Holy Spirit. Sometimes a certain action is in question; so we let the peace of Christ be our guide. Through the subtle inward witness of the Holy Spirit He guides us to the action we need to take

Revelation 4:6 - "And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal."

The source of God's Peace is God Himself. The glass sea is a symbol: there are no ripples, no waves, no anxieties troubling God. The Lord is never worried never in a hurry nor without an answer. The sea around Him is perfectly still and totally calm. All our victories flow out from being seated here with Him.

2 Corinthians 3:18 - "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord."

Galatians 5:16 - "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh."

We want a peace that temporarily comforts and coddles because we do not like to be challenged or changed. The peace that flows into us from the Lord satisfies the soul with full assurance that He is still for us, even as we are being taken through fire -- in which we can be changed into His likeness.

Scripture Of The Day - COME AND DRINK

"Jesus answered, 'Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.' The woman said to him, 'Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty...'" - John 4:13-15

Jesus boldly told the Samaritan woman at the well of Jacob that she could come to Him and He would give her living waters. He was speaking figuratively of the Spirit of God. We cannot live without natural water and so we cannot spiritually live without the water of the Spirit of God. Jesus taught the disciples in Matthew 5:6 that "blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied."

He promised that we would be satisfied. How does this happen? The only way it can happen is if we have the indwelling presence of God in our hearts via His Holy Spirit. David said in Psalms that his heart and flesh longed and thirsted for God in a dry and weary land. Again David mentioned the life-giving power of the Spirit of God in Psalm 51, "take not your Holy Spirit from me..."

LIVING WATERS

David loved the Presence of God and the Holy Spirit. He knew that if he grieved the Spirit of God He might leave him and then the Presence of the Lord would diminish. David lived in the days of the Old Covenant and so did the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus came along and told this woman that she could have living waters inside her and she would never be thirsty again. Jesus risked much to minister to her and probably stirred up some controversy as people heard what He did.

God has been inviting mankind to fellowship with Him since the days of Adam and Eve. He walked and talked with them in the garden when He came to visit them. He was about cultivating a relationship with them. He made it easy for them to know Him. His heart has never changed and He has again made it easy for us to experience Him by the sweet indwelling presence of His life-giving Spirit.

Come and drink of His living waters and allow them (Holy Spirit) to well up in you like the well where Jesus invited the woman to drink of His living waters. Jesus gently shared love and hope with her and she was so transformed that she went to her village and told people about her experience and many people found Jesus that day.

Regardless of how we feel about ourselves, He is always telling us, "Come and Drink." "Come to Me and I will give you living water and you will never thirst again!"

Scripture Of The Day - DISCERNING HIS VOICE

"The Lord was standing by a wall that had been built true to plumb, with a plumb line in His hand. And the Lord asked me, 'What do you see, Amos?' 'A plumb line,' I replied. Then the Lord said, 'Look, I am setting a plumb line among My people Israel;'" - Amos 7:7-8

God's plumb line is all-important for discerning His voice. Amid all the noise of the world, we need to be able to distinguish God's voice clearly. God wants you to know what He is saying.

Every follower of Jesus receives the gifts of revelation and discernment. Every Believer needs to use them! In fact, without discernment and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, we cannot progress in our use of any of the gifts and callings.

We bring God's Word to dwell in the midst of the world as we daily walk in the Spirit and remain sensitive to His flow. Through our relationship with God, we receive revelation. And as we bring that revelation to the world around us, we incarnate His Word in our very ordinary lives—just as Amos did.

No matter what your situation is, or where you've come from, you can receive revelation and grow in spiritual discernment. God wants to use you powerfully as a plumb line of God's Word to everyone around you.

Scripture Of The Day - STEWARDING OUR LIVES

"'Is not My Word like fire,' declares the Lord, 'and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?'" - Jeremiah 23:29

In 2019 be ready for demonstrations of His power, His justice, His provision, His favor, His breakthrough, and deliverance, but God is also looking for a people who are yielded, strong, fortified in Him and His Word alone, prepared and maturing to carry His glory.

As you SEE the power of the Word of God and His revelation contained within it, you stay close to His heart and decree His Word. It's in the place of having to hold fast, tightly, to the Word of God. It is in the adversity that you receive greater revelation and impartation. The enemy will come in these moments of "testing" to SIFT you but as you hold onto the Word, the enemy's temptations will not take root.

It's up to us whether we get on board and partner with what He is doing and lay down any agendas. The King of Glory is going to be made manifest and again the Church will be left facedown in awe and wonder and trembling at the majesty of God and the power of His Word.

We must steward our lives and what He places in our hands, surrendering to His ways, with purity, integrity, and humility.

The harvest is coming in! Let us be a people who are READY!

Scripture Of The Day - God Is Releasing You From Pharaoh

Ezekiel 30:21 which says, "Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt..."

Pharaoh represents anything that attempts to hold you captive. Many are in bondage to addiction, sin, betrayal, rejection, and fear. This is the year to be delivered from all bondages...but especially from fear! Fear will cause us to walk in continual unbelief. It was because of unbelief that Jesus could not do many miracles in his hometown. This proves that when unbelief is active, it robs us of the full manifestation of the Kingdom of God being demonstrated. 2019 is the year to challenge every unbelief structure in our lives.
Say to your Pharaoh:
"I am not afraid!"
"I am healed!"
"I am delivered!"
"I am experiencing breakthrough!"
"I am prosperous!"
"I am loved!"
"I am special!"

All through Scripture God speaks about protecting His children with His mighty hand! His hand is there for you right now! Take His mighty hand. He is your protector. He is protecting you from your enemy!

Exodus 15:6 - "Your right hand, O LORD, glorious in power, your right hand, O LORD, shatters the enemy."
1 Peter 5:6 - "And God will exalt you in due time, if you humble yourselves under his mighty hand."
Isaiah 41:10 - "fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Scripture Of The Day - God of The Breakthrough

"But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the LORD's victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the LORD is with you!" - 2 Chronicles 20:17

God is the God of the breakthrough, but He uses our hands if you do your part, He will do His.

Breakthrough happens when we take the first offensive step against the barriers in our life. Breakthrough happens when we say, "I m going to trust that God is going to supernaturally do the impossible."

There is no progress without resistance: There is a spiritual battle over your breakthrough. We can only win the battle in the spirit. Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared to believe that something inside of them was superior to their circumstances. His name is Jesus.

The voice of God is the master key to your supernatural breakthrough. Hear it and speak it. Agree with the decree.

Scripture Of The Day - Releasing Our Claim On The Past

"Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?" - Isaiah 43:18-19

2019 is a year of release from past pain and limitations that have held many in the Body of Christ back.

In Genesis 26, Isaac was on his own voyage of discovery. Isaac's servants discovered water in the land, only to have the wells contended for by locals (just as gold in the earth is limited, so is groundwater). Isaac could have camped in that place of dispute—he could have continued to contest for his rights—but he chose to release it and move on.

Isaac was able to release and move on because He trusted God: "And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, saying, 'For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land'" - Genesis 26:22

It's time to release the past! God has new wells of replenishment, favor, and supply for us to discover. 2019 is a year in which we will know, "God has made room for me here." He is opening new wells of opportunity and provision.

As you start 2019, forgive and bless those who have wounded you. Be released from the unkindness of those who have not believed in you.
Declare: "My God, You are sufficient for me! You are my Father and You are also the Righteous Judge! I praise You now. Thank you for working on my behalf to bring restoration."

Anticipate that the areas which have frustrated you for a long period of time are being resolved. As you come around "the mountain" for the last time, you discover a horizon that wasn't available to you before. Trials of the past are bearing fruit. Your discernment and insight have been clarified and sharpened. And in 2019, Jesus will be the only explanation for what people see taking place in and through you.

Scripture Of The Day - Hearing God

"I will climb up to my watchtower and stand at my guardpost. There I will wait to see what the Lord says and how He will answer my complaint. Then the Lord said to me, 'Write My answer plainly on tablets"....... - Habakkuk 2:1,2

We stand at our appointed posts as watchmen, ready for anything. We get away from external distractions, as Jesus did when he withdrew before dawn to isolated locations (see Mark 1:35). Quieting our internal noise, we watch to see what God may want to say:

"Be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10).

When we hear something, we do something—write it down, pray from it, sound an alarm—whatever is appropriate.

It is also easier to hear God's voice when you are performing automatic, mindless tasks such as driving the car, showering, exercising, washing the dishes or cleaning the house, especially if you are quietly praising God at the same time. He is more eager to speak to you than you are to hear from Him.

Scripture Of The Day - Overcoming Feelings and Circumstances

"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven." (Matthew 5:14-16)

God releases identity and purpose into lives and situations so that we are not derailed by our emotions and circumstances. A bad day does not make you a bad person. A sad day does not make you depressed. External circumstances and the emotions stirred up by those circumstances don't define you. If we agree that our feelings or circumstances will become the definition of us, then we are speaking that into existence and it will become our reality because we created it.

Instead, take some time to ask God to show you how you are light to the world. Ask Him to reveal to you how you transform the atmosphere around you, and how you bring goodness, light, and life, simply by being you. In all situations, focus on the light that you are releasing and watch what happens.

Scripture of The Day - TALK TO THE MOUNTAIN

Mark 11:23 - "Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them." - Jesus was talking about Spoken Manifestation.

Jesus released His hearers into a Spoken Manifestation Anointing, where we step from a place of prayer (supplication and asking) to a place of commanding, through faith. Jesus said speak to the mountain! Maybe it is a sickness, maybe it is finances, family issues or church situations. God is calling us to speak to the mountains in our life and believe what we say.

It transitions from us seeing God as far off in Heaven, answering our requests, to us recognizing that God lives by His Holy Spirit inside of us, and we can release that power through the spoken word. It's a different kind of thinking.

Do you have a need? Release the Spoken Manifestation Anointing over your life and circumstances. Is there someone sick? Command the mountain of sickness into the sea!
Are you believing for a greater presence of God on your ministry, so you can touch more people? Speak to the mountain in the mighty name of Jesus!

Jesus was given all authority, and He said in the Scriptures that He has given that authority to us. It's time we speak to the mountains in our lives.

Scripture Of The Day - APPLYING JESUS' BLOOD

Job 1:10 - "Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land."

As God built a hedge around Job, which limited Satan, so today He will do the same for any child of God who applies the blood to a given situation. The blood is the hedge that stops the Destroyer.

Revelation 12:11 - "And they overcame him by the BLOOD of the Lamb and by the WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY, and they did not love their lives to the death."

Exodus 12:7,13 - "And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side-posts and on the upper door post of the houses...And the blood shall be to you and for a token upon the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt."

Confessions:

I overcome all feal, depression, unbelief, wavering, and half-heartedness, discouragement, temptation, and sickness by the precious blood of Jesus and the word of my testimony.

My soul is filled with love as I gaze on Jesus' Precious Blood.

Because I believe in the power of the blood in my heart, I apply the blood with my mouth over the doorposts of my life.
