derailing thread because I can't find the old one

The things that we are most afraid of writing are also the things we are most afraid of thinking. Because we are afraid to admit some things to ourselves. Some thoughts are shameful. Some thoughts put ourselves on the same level as criminals and monsters. And we can't stand the thought that we have anything in common with them. It spoils our notion that we are somehow better than hardcore sinners. That we are nice decent people.

Scars are cool

I'm not worried about what my face looks like and scars that's the last thing I care about, just hoping it doesn't get infected and im not getting any headaches so that's the main thing.

Is that counted as rest :lol

It is rest. I mean it's just fishing. I don't need to use my face to fish and i can still use one eye so I can still see what I'm doing.

That looks pretty sore. Is your eye ok?

I got bung eye at the moment. I had a think about it and decided not to go fishing today as much as I wanted. I mean it's a head injury so I really had to take it seriously and decided the best thing to do was and is to rest at home.

What to talk about.....

Oh. At work right now we get to wear partial costumes for Halloween. But I'm not scheduled to work until next week (I have five days with no work), and they said the partial costumes start tomorrow....... I'm sad.
I mean, I'll still have at least 3 days to wear a costume, next week, but I want to work more just so I can have even more days to wear one.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
