Very interesting.
But how does that build our faith in Christ?

Similarities come in two forms.

1. analogous structures. These demonstrate the creative power of God in that evolution produces similar structures in species that are only very distantly related. Wings of bats, birds, and pterosaurs are examples of creation by convergent evolution.

2. Homologous structures. These are structures that have a common origin, but have evolved into very different-looking and functionally-different structures. These again show the creative power of God, who gave living things the ability to change over time to fit their environments. Examples of his are human arms, bird wings, horses legs, and whale flippers.

Each shows creation in a different way.

Radioisotope data has been independently confirmed in a number of ways. Some examples:

1. The age of the volcanic flow that buried Pompeii has been accurately dated by argon/argon dating, which can easily be checked by Roman records.

2. The calibration curve for carbon-14 dating has been accurately confirmed by dating lake varves of known ages, such as those found in Lake Suegitsu.
