Do Jews celebrate Easter?

It's written for the MODERN generation that cannot speak proper English.
It's in slang. You'll get a kick out of it if you read it.
Many of these bibles were torn up and the pages scattered over the audience at a U2 concert I attended back in September. They're not a Christian band, but they are a band of Christians. You must know them.
The absolutely BEST BEST BEST concert I've ever attended.

I think you could probably see it online...
The bible I mean.

Wondering
wondering, I am aware of the band U2, however I was not aware that the members of the group where Christians.
I thank you for your explanation of The Message; I do not know many slang words in English so this would have proven to be difficult.
I will see if I can find The Message on the Internet; it'll be an excellent platform to test my knowledge of English.

Only if you live in the South Bronx or Brooklyn! (and not everyone there either).
Please don't test your knowledge of English with this version of the bible!!
No, really. I do believe you would understand it. Let me know. it's REAL everyday language (for those who speak this way), it's not like the NIV.

Now that you know U2 is a band of Christians (the bassist, Adam Clayton became one recently, but was able to put up with his Christian bandmates for over 35 years!), you should try listening to their songs all over again. Try their latest album Songs of Innocence. It's great. It could bring tears (well, not unless you're a girl and I know you're not) especially if you understand what each song is about. Iris is about Bono's mother. She died when he was 14 and it had a big effect on his life because his father could not fill in for her absence.
Try: Every Breaking Wave / A Song For Someone/ Iris -- they're all great...

I'm really happy God gave us music to enjoy...

wondering, I believe that album was available free of charge on iPhone's; I believe I owned the album when I had my previous mobile device which was an iPhone 5C. I will certainly revisit the album on the Internet if this is the case.

Yes. You're right. It was downloaded onto everything through iTunes. And they got some slack for this (see, that's modern language!) because other songwriters and bands felt giving away the album was against everybody's best interest. But U2 are not stupid as a corporation (which every band is) and were always ahead of their time and very smart. Others have since acknowledged that sale of albums can no longer be the primary source of income for them and other revenues must be found.

See MS, we don't only speak bible around here!
