Do we have good women today

Do we really? Are there still women like our biblical Ruth who loved her in-laws so much and wholeheartedly? I doubt. Maybe very few can; very few can risk that

My mom is one of the most generous people I've known. I remember her helping people even when she was struggling as a single parent--I remember us getting up at 5 AM to go help someone buy groceries at times, or that one time on Christmas day where someone came and asked for a ride to go visit her infant son whom wasn't in her possession.
And she is helping people now

There are no good men, and as a man currently out in the stormy sea that is dating I can also attest that there are no good women. Only fallen sinful men and women in need of a savior, the trick is to find someone who knows their need for a savior is greater than their need for a husband/wife.
