Do you also love eggs?

I like eggs (poultery - chicken). I used to take two eggs in a day, one in the morning and one at night. I had to limit it to just one egg per day. Someone told me I only need to take one egg per week (nutrition stuff, you know - for 'good' health reasons).

I like it boiled; I like it fried. How do you prepare your fried eggs?

I love eating eggs. Typically about a dozen or more a week. It's cheap high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals. If one is poor and can't afford other good foods in the meat or dairy, specifically butter, at least eat eggs. Most people can afford that.

Love eggs. For the last year or so we've only been getting free run or free range. I mainly eat them fried but I'm not picky and love them scrambled or boiled. Many years ago I used to down them raw, mixed with milk for post-workout protein. Definitely not my favorite way of "eating" them.

Eggs scrambled, fried, boiled, omelet-style .... yum!

Eggs are essential in my Christmas egg nog as well .... also yum!

Why is it that we don't mind the smell when you're making egg salad sandwiches, but are totally repulsed by the exact same smell later under different circumstances...if you know what I mean?

But anyway, my answer to the OP...easy over. Flipped over in a frying pan full of bacon (or possum) grease just long enough to make a thin film of white over the gooey yolks. Yum, yum. And a slice of buttered toast to wipe the plate clean with.

I have ducks but can't bring myself to eat their eggs. I used to growing up, though.

Who was it that first came up with the idea of combining eggs with flour and other stuffs? This idea, this concept is a strange one, isn't it?

"Hmmmm.... I dunno... maybe if we ground up some of these here grasses into flour and then put some eggs in it? I wonder if I could bake a cake? (or a souffle?)"

I mean, where do these ideas come from? Eggs are such an integral part of cooking today that we almost take them for granted. Surely this ancient wisdom came from somewhere and it seems good to me to thank the Lord for such wonders.

The women are taught a lot of this type of thing from the Lord. One gets used to cooking, there are only so many foods, and the inspiration is given at times...hey, try this combo. I've seen some mighty good dishes whipped up in this manner. I have done a little of it myself. I'm not a bad cook. I was always so impressed with my wifes cooking that many times I hovered near to wath, help, and learn. I'm glad I did because she's gone now!

Why do eggs go so good with steak? mmmm.

Steak and eggs are one of my favorite breakfasts that I have every so often. I no longer dip the eggs with the bread, but rather steak bits. Yummy. Then I fork the remaining bits and the egg albumen like a little shish kabob and finish them off.

They say its good for the vocal chords(singers) mixed with a dash of milk ,but here is the catch. It must be taken raw.I tried it once ,cant say it put me in line for a Grammy. Then again it might work for some folks who feel they need to oil those vocal chords for the Church.

I love eggs. I like um a little runny, but not too much, and with bagels. There's also this deli next to me that makes cooked ham, egg and cheese on sub roll. Yummy.

I'm not particularly fussed about eggs. I like a soft boiled egg with soldiers, but not keen on fried eggs all that much.
i think I go through stages with food and sometimes go off certain things for a long time.
