I have two bacon/egg/cheese muffins for breakfast every day of the year, unless I am on a business trip - which is often these days, and in those cases I might switch to oatmeal with scrambled eggs and some sausage.
I can cook my BEC muffins at home for about 70 cents a day - I use ONE egg for the two muffins, I once used two but got to thinking about cholesterol....
I have often wondered myself who came up with the idea of putting eggs in cakes, muffins, cornbread, etc. Seems like I can't cook ANYTHING at home without milk, eggs and butter.
