Dream of Flying/Levitating

Here is another dream that I feel is full of symbols.

I was in a room full of what I felt was Godly men. They were all wearing suits. I’m not sure what I was wearing. One of them said we need to mic you up. There wasn’t going to be a speech or sermon that I was going to give and neither anyone in the room was. But he said for me to get mic’ed up. I told him no thank you because I knew we weren’t going to preach or give a speech. As soon I said no I began to float/ levitate.

(Note: The motions in which I could move were the same as if someone were in a ship in outer space. But I could flap my arms to move in the direction I wanted by moving the wind. Even then it was pretty hard to turn directions.)

As I started to levitate I moved through the building I could see that these men were being mentored by someone. Some of them had two mentors. They were mostly in different rooms but some were in the same room but at different tables. Then I saw that one of the guys wanted to frame (make look bad by setting him up) one of the other guys. I tried to let the other guy know but he left.

The guy that wanted to frame him approached me and gave me some one dollar bills wrapped in black electrical tape. It was wrapped in a way where it was ready to be pasted on a wall or surface. He wanted me to give it to the guy he wanted to frame. He didn’t know I knew his intentions. This took place in the building which seemed to be a huge house.

So I flew/levitated trying to look for him and flew out of one of the top windows. There were a few people outside. Some which I recognized.

I then went looking for the guy he wanted to frame to let him know what was going on so that he wouldn’t accept the money. It seemed that he wasn’t there anymore so I gave up looking for him.

Ah....

I just picked up on this one, Louis. It's about pride in the world of operating in sign gifts. It happens, so it is something to be informed about.

Mic'd up is something I would likely encourage you to be in this ministry. You are receiving dreams from God, and that deserves to be seen, IMO, i.e. "heard" by others. Your H.E.R. dream was clearly from God, and so is the new one about the Coffee Shop. But I would not be encouraging you to take on pride in God using you. That's a different thing. By giving you more "voice" i.e. drawing more attention to you, I would simply be wanting to draw more attention to Christ operating through you, and that's the distinction that always has to be made.

Anyway, in this dream it appears that you decline being mic'd up to some extent, and that's fully understandable. You need to do what makes you feel comfortable. And so you begin to levitate, which I think represents being involved in these things "in spirit," though not wanting to be focused upon by others in reality. The ones being mentored will be others that come along who also operate in dreams and visions. They will all be learning various other principles involved. But there will always come the risk of pride, and that's what happens with the one who ends up trying to frame another one. Not sure how the framing would happen, but jealousies and resentments can latch on to people sometimes. The nice thing here is that the Spirit of God will reveal the real motives of this person to you, likely through dreams, and so you will know the intentions of his heart, something scripture teaches is the prerogative of those who move in the gifts. And you will seek to help the one who could be victimized to prevent it from happening, which is a kind and caring thing to do. It appears this person my move on before you get the chance to, however.

But the message to the dream is to guard against pride. If you keep your humility, the Lord will be able to use you indefinitely, Louis, and bless others through you.

This was the dream right here, Louis. Hawkman found it for me a little while ago, and I think God has used you again to reveal yet another important truth.

Thread 'Guarding Against Pride In Ministry'

Dreams can minister great things to people, as well as to the body of Christ at large. They are the Spirit of God revealing things to us which, when properly interpreted, can reveal the plans of God and/ or expose the plans of the enemy. But as such, there is the potential for pride to creep in. The more we are used, the greater the temptation can be to think we are some great vessel of God, especially if the enemy specifically targets us to be overcome by a spirit of pride.

The following dream came back to mind because a friend posted one with a similar theme just recently...
