I called the mental health clinic today. They’re back to the mind games…a receptionist was talking about me while they transferred my call

I wouldn’t say I’m completely over it but I’m getting there. Because…
In the realm of things that actually matter my parents are doing well I’m doing well and Jesus Christ has moved in my life.
I’m almost 40. It’s…not so much intense in my situation as it has a a time to pause and think ? what now? What next? And above all else…
