They call idols icons. With them there is a lot of ethnic pride involved. There is a long history and lineage with their churches and priests(who can marry). The priests where black with a white neck square but also wear a dress like garment. They are more tradition/ritual based, and more government authoritarian structured. Many of them feel they are the true church. While they agree with and use the LXX, for English NT texts many of them use the NKJV as they have the king james onlyist idea of god's word preserved.
