I'm not sold on much of what is futurism but the didache says that one would come to be the man of sin . They didn't say only isreal would be concerned .

It's not that I agree with Rev 13 or disagree with Rev 13.The EPA is not the beast. The EPA never recieved a fatal wound and it can't make fire come down from heaven.
Anyone who believes the EPA is either beast needs thier heads adjusted.
The nation of Israel is the kingdom that recieved a fatal wound and has been healed. And the second beast that will make fire come from heaven upon Israel's enemies is the king of the norths armed forces.When its two horns (leaders) give the command to fire, then it will make fire come down from heaven.
It has nothing to do with the EPA keeping America's lakes and streams clean.
You need to study more than one verse.

The EPA is not even associated with any antichrist.
The EPA helps protect the environment.
The antichrist is sitting in Jerusalem and alot if Christians worship it. They worship it almost as much as the Jews who followed it there.

Scripture does not say it controls the world. Scripture says the deadly wound was healed and the world followed the beast.
Since the deadly wound was healed in 1948,people from all over the world have followed the beast.
If you have been paying attention, you may even have a clue what the purpose of its mark will be for.
But it appears you have not paid any attention to the beast because you believe it rules the world.
It just rules a kingdom. Not the world.

And the little horn that arose after the ten was the nation of Israel. It is different than the ten that arose before it and it defeated three when it took control of the seven hilled city of Jerusalem.
Old news. While you wander what the first beast is, I'm waiting for the second to appear in Jerusalem. That's when the people who worship the first beast recieve the mark of thier king they have chosen for themselves.

Who are these 7th and 8th kings of Israel, the beast, that you say are already reigning, or have reigned in Israel? And that having already happened, you are now looking for the beast out of the land, the false prophet, right?
The antichrist can't do anything without the permission of the Lord.
The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

They are not 7th and 8thbkingsvof Israel.
The 7 are kings who have ruled over Israel.
When John wrote revelation 17:8 in 96 AD.
The beast once existed.
The beast did not exist at that time.
The beast would exist again.
The 7 kings which have reigned over Israel are.

The beast that is of those 7 is Israel.
It is the king they have always wanted.
The one that will make them his slaves.

The epa was created under Nixon largely because of a growing environmentalist movement. The goal was to put some of their goals into action and avoid political disaster. This is similar to elements of the new deal that were put into place because of a once very active socialist movement.
