Faith in the word to heal the sick and move mountains with the free gift and power of the Holy Spirit, does not always translate to someone being right with God. I can name a few that died early for disobedience despite the miracles God did through them. By their fruit we know them, not by God using them to help because he is good. It's probably better, as many have said and maybe proven from Scripture, to seek those who are faithful and right with Yhwh - don't seek the gifts, per se. Never worry if you see the gifts or not;(Yhvh does what He wants to do); focus on being in union with Yhvh in Yeshua in union with other true believers living right and holy lives as Abba accomplishes this for those trusting and relying on Him continually and completely.
