"turned a blind eye" came to mind. Adolf Hitler and many others could be defined as "fascist". yes yes since the start anything that was of God was under attack. It is getting much stronger today than it was say when I was growing up where Prayer was still in Schools or the Ten Commandments up now taken down in places or even crosses.
We kinda of joke about this stuff..not like our Pastor last month was beheaded huh. The list of those that are dying or imprisoned for the faith is HUGE! Every day some believer is killed imprisoned. I haven't been praying every day for them. This is what Christ deals with every moment. I've never seen persecution. Oh yes made fun of or something like that.. but not like my other brother and sisters. LOL sorry just does not make the front page of anything we (Christian forum sites) talk about huh.
To make it more personal. Why do you come to Christian forums? In truth for me to read and pray for those asking for prayers. I don't know of anyone praying for me so my thinking is to let anyone everyone know someone IS praying for you. For me that is the thread that should be the greatest yet. .. a story true but you can take it with a grain of salt. What I remember is a pastor had stakes of prayers. He was about to lay hands on them and pray. Then Christ appeared and the pastor that great we can pray yet Christ bent down and open one and read it and then the same for each one.
