Every year for about the past 5 years I get the flu. It has turned into bronchitis twice and pnumonia once. I know I've had a tremendous amount of stress in my life the past five years, so I started getting the flu shot to help.
Most know last week was pretty intense for me, so when I got a runny nose Friday I thought it was just a common cold. Monday night I went to bed and haven't been out of it since with the exception of going to the DR who confirmed I have both A and B strains of the flu. I'm on meds to help stop it before it turns into pnumonia.
I read this article a little bit ago because I want to know why I get the flu (severely) every year. It has to do with the flu shot. I'd really like to know everyone's thoughts.
By the way, ivam fairly active, have a good diet and even take pobiotics and immune boosters.... All to no avail.

Why do people get the flu after getting the flu shot?
This article is in response to the several significant errors Dr. Curchoe includes in her article, above.
