I agree. There is no air "between" the glue and the side of the container - hence no "sticking".It will if you let it dry out in there. Keep air out the equation and glue wont stick to much of anything.
Because glue doesn't stick to a single surface if it cannot dry, and the inside of tube is kept moist by the glue itself. Glue typically glues two items together, forming a bond to each which makes them appear to bond to one another, but they don't. They both bond to the glue.Of course we all know what a glue is! We know the uses. E.g araldite. Why can glue stick to almost all other surfaces but will never stick to its own container? Why doesn't glue stick to its bottle while inside it? :dunno![]()
