My grandson in passing read the title of this post, boy did he go off into preacher mode. "What?! There is only one ghost and that's the Holy Spirit!"
I kept my mouth shut.

I believe they exist, but ghosts are not the spirits of dead people as people are not immortal and once they die, they die (until resurrected). I think ghosts and aliens have to do with Genesis 6, the sons of God and the Nephilim and their spirits.

I once had a Christian brother tell me that ghosts were just disguised demons because if people believe in them there's no need to believe in eternal life after death. His POV always made the most sense to me.
 
There may well be a rational explanation to a lot of things that pass for ghosts and the mysterious.

However, where there is not an available explanation for apparently ghostly activity, then there is a sense in which I think the believer is not even meant to seek further knowledge of it, because sure and unchanging revelation in the form of Scripture's promises to the believer in the Lord Jesus, must take the place of the uncertain in the interests and pursuits of the believer.
 
It has been noticed that peoples ideas and what they claim to have seen have changed over the years in following with what Hollywood dishes up as to how so called Aliens look or appear. They now are all claimed to look like what the latest Hollywood versions look like. When Hollywood changes the look so do the peoples versions of what they look like. Read accounts of so called contacts from say 50 years ago. They say they looked very different to how people say they look now. But they all do however all look just how the movies portray them at the time.
What makes me laugh, not at anyone here, is how these so called super advanced Aliens are so "super advanced" and yet they have yet to figure out how to put any clothes on. :toofunny Ghosts and Aliens have always followed in "look" exactly how the people of the particular time have been fed to believe. Blame Hollywood for that.
 
leave the asgard alone , they are trying to figure out our dna so that they can survive as a species.

few will know where i got that.

Since we believe God created all things and all things were created by His command then its unlikely that God created life on other worlds. Heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool. Besides after the 1000 years our Heavenly Father comes down to earth and His place will be with man.

That's a really good point man. Plus all the scriptures that says ghosts don't exist. It's a billion dollar industry, that feeds off imaginations and entertainment. Haha, leave it up to the christians to spoil all the fun. :gah

It's impossible for an evil spirit to latch on or possess a born again christian. They can tempt us, but that's it. Non believers are the one's who should be worried. Born again christians who play around with the dark side is simply called, witchcraft. Mainly because evil can no longer reside inside a body that is holy.
 
I don't believe in ghosts, but I am 95% certain that aliens exist. Note I said exist, I am not talking about some little green dudes with plasma rifles.

Now that you mentioned it, that's true. I'm old enough to remember the alien who came out of a ship that was about 7' high, with gray elephant-like wrinkly skin, and he had no eyes or nose, just 3 cones sticking out of his head. I wonder where that guy went?
