im not sorry for me personally , i brought this to myself. \i feel sorry for my kids and wife she do all the work now she spend on the house for the last 4 months ! and me as a man i cant do anything . if its all about me ,and i am single i don't care, really , i can go to jail

I think some people raise funds at Go Fund Me. I'm not sure how it works. I think people tell their story on the web site, and anyone who wants to donate can.

I Googled Jordan and was surprised to find that they still have debtor's prison there. The king pardons people once in awhile.

Maybe a lawyer there can figure out how to protect you from whoever is persecuting you, and your restaurant can reopen. Sometimes lawyers do things like that for free in the USA. I don't know about Jordan though. I have never been there.

I just read it, it's fund raising for a teenager who is traveling to jordan , to teach English., as a charity program.

You are facing a losing battle as I believe God might be telling you to get out from under all this oppression for the sake of your family that you are putting in harms way just to salvage something that will no longer exist where you live.

You said you owe friends money that have helped you, but if they are true friends they should understand your situation and will wait until you can pay them back. God never opens a door and then closes it in your face so I don't believe it is in your favor to hang on to a dream that seems to be impossible where you live at right now.

I would have to say for the sake of the safety of you and your family you need to flee from this area and start a new life somewhere else where you can gain employment to help pay back your debt. If you trust in God then He will open the door of opportunities to you that will benefit you and your family. Truly after reading all you have said I think many would find it not beneficial to help you financially, but my prayer is that you seek God's help as He will make away where there is no other way. You need to get your priorities straight in what direction you need to take that will better fit you and your family. You are in my prayers.

I'm facing a battle, I don't know it's.. Lose or win, I found good ppl and church's who helped, even with a small amount, but at least they helped.
As for my friends, they can wait I know, but they are like.. 5%of my problem, thy r not a priority for me, I'm talking general idea... Im not allowed to travel any where I'll get cought... I can't find another work, I leave home looking around me,,, left right lfet right to see if some is following me.

My friend charity or giving doesn't need thinking, or expecting sth back from it... It's just helping ppl once u can, u don't think in getting sth in return.

Raafa is residing in Jordan, and she is raising funds through Go Get Funding. Perhaps you or your wife could contact her through her Go Get Funding web page, and ask her for advice on how to set up an account in Jordan.

This issue of The Jordan Times also had some suggestions for crowdfunding business ventures. Its obviously not a good idea to fund businesses by taking a loan from whomever your current loan is from. Getting a business loan in Jordan seems to be dangerous and complicated.

There are many other crowd investing companies, such as AFKARMENA, Zoomaal, Aflamnah and others.

You might be able to contact the staff of the Jordan Times with your story, and maybe they can help by publishing it. US newspapers often help locals who need help with legal matters by publishing their story, which shames the culprits into doing the right thing. Local authorities in the USA often also get involved when the public gets outraged over how someone is treated. I don't know how Jordan papers work though. Might not work the same as in the USA.

If they don't publish your story, they might at least be able to provide additional information on the crowdfunding companies mentioned in their article.

If none of these work, can you sell your restaurant for enough to cover your debt? It would be better than you and your wife going to debtor's prison. With your debt paid, you could legally leave Jordan for somewhere where your family won't be persecuted. Alternatively, you might be able to get a job working at a restaurant in Jordan until you can secure a business loan from a better source to start a new venture. Don't borrow from whomever you borrowed from previously. That was a mistake.

Most importantly, ask the Lord for guidance in whatever you do in the future.

I closed since September, I couldn't cover my expenses because of loses, f I get some funds I can pay my depts and be safe, then I can think what to do with restaurant, since I can't pay its rent and it's due on me annualy on February.
I dont want to lose every thing, I don't want to go to jail... And lose the restaurant

That's a decision only you can make, but for the safety and well being of you and your family, if it was me, I would walk away from the restaurant and consider what is best for the family.

I know you can't leave as what I was saying is to find another job so you can provide for your family and start paying off your debts.
