Heaven & Hell Testimonies - True/False

Something has been really bothering me lately. There are over 80 pages of testimonies on google along with many other youtube videos, and I'm wondering why. I need guidance from my fellow brothers and sisters here, as to discern if these testimonies are true or false. Why would someone go to all that trouble to make their own website and post a story, if it's false. Why would someone post youtube videos about their testimony if it's false. Are they making money off it. What's the deal here..

Posting stories or videos about your salvation in Christ is different than testimonies about heaven/hell. Please don't confuse the two. If these heaven/hell testimonies are false, are these people receiving money for doing this. What's their purpose. Is there biblical evidence to support their testimonies. Please help me understand, for this has been weighing on my mind for sometime now. Blessings.
 
i don,t puch much stock in to them. lots of them end up writing a book and getting on a tv talk show to promote there book

I can't speak for every liar out there, but there are countless testimonies that I don't buy. You've got Heaven & Hell, alien abduction, ghost stories, and countless others.


Here's just one crazy page. I don't think they're making much money, or else they might be able to afford a fancier website.

Take Bill Wiese 23 Minutes in Hell book for example. He could of made up his whole story and done his studying on scripture. How easy is it to pick out all the scriptures in the bible about hell on google, then make up a story that fits the scripture. If this is what Bill did, this dude knows how to run a good scam. Plus, he's not only selling books, he's traveling all over talking to people on stage about what he experienced. If this guy's story is false, then this guy is a major player.

Demons do NOT torment anyone in Hell, therefore that book absolutely disregarded as it hugely contradicts the Scriptural account.

Even people who support the "traditional" perspective don't believe that demons will be the ones terrorizing and torturing anyone. This is a pagan understanding of what hell would probably like, and twists Scripture to support his "vision."

Demons will be PUNISHED in Hell, we can agree on that... they will not be the ones administering the punishment. Sick to believe that God would have these murderous being do his bidding in that place.

Hence, I don't put any stake in this kind of nonsense. People write books about witnessing all kinds of things, heaven.. hell. aliens abductions, big foot, la chupacabra, ghosts, etc. etc.

Let's stick to discussing Scripture and not elevate the testimony of fallen.. fallible men.

Who knows why each of them does it, however I will trust the testimony of God over man. Let God be true though every man a liar!

We are not psychologists, we could only guess and it would be an uneducated guess.
 
It would be best first understand what the lake of fire is and if revalation 20 is fullifilled in parts.
