Hello!

My purpose here is not to tell you that you're wrong, or try to convince you that God doesn't exist.

I actually have a few reasons for being here. One is that I simply enjoy making conversation and making peace with people of other groups. Just because we don't agree doesn't mean we can't get along, and ultimately embrace that which we do have in common.

I also thought some may find it of interest inside my head. I'm not interested in arguments or heated debates, but I will offer my views in an effort to show my moral justification, as well as maybe convince some of you that all atheists are not in fact immoral, depressed, angry and mean people. Also, an alarming number of people seem to lack the knowledge or even be familiar with the concept of atheism.

Possessing the capacity to believe in such an entity as God is not mutually exclusive with morality.


Anyway, perhaps I've digressed off-track. I guess I was just just offering my peace and assurance that I'm not going to try to convince you of anything. :biglaugh
