  • Stop out of control spending
  • Keep taxes low
  • Get rid of COVID mandates; schools closed, masks...
  • Get rid of Critical Race theory
  • Secure our Borders
  • Support Law Enforcement
  • Teaching real American history in schools
  • Abolishing the 1619 Project





This is not a Political discussion about Biden or Trump.


Do not post any negative comments about Biden or Trump.


I believe enough time has passed since the election where we can discuss these things without inflammatory rhetoric.

not with Gingrich ,shall it happen .

eliminate the federal reserve and the neoconservative Gingrich will refuse .

Does the People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn count?

Actual history, of how this nation was founded and the people who founded it; who drafted the Constitution and Declaration of Independence, as well as the Bill of Rights.


Why this Nation was founded.


The events of the Civil War; why it was fought, and who was for and against slavery.


How we got involved in WWII, KOREA, VIETNAM.



History such as these things.

can't fund the govt on fiat money.trump,signed off the stimulus can't debate why safety nets and heath care for all is bad when you do that .

so they would teach the truth about. the gulf of tonkon ?

look,a state can reject federal funding ,see the unemployment benefits and have its own curriculum taught .I like some of the ideas but to assume that won't happen .

This thread is not about funding the government on fiat money.


Real change in our nation will come by taking steps, and some of those steps involve our children and what they are taught in school.


How about taking part in the poll?

I'm voting a conditional Yes. I support law enforcement when it conducts itself according to the constitution. I feel law enforcement is in dire need of reform to weed out psychopaths and corruption with a national registry to keep bad cops off the streets. Other changes are needed as well. Hard to vote the whole 8 points straight up yes or no.

I feel we should keep the schools closed for good.
Return the teaching of children to their parents, as was since the beginning.

You mean a parent should have the repsonsibility to raise, feed, and teach there own children and not the government that is only a handful of random representatives that argue over everything and is unstable ? . If so i agree.

Home schooling? Only weird people choose that, don't they?
Sorry I'm joking. But I question the wisdom of it. Kids need to socialise with a cross section of the community. Otherwise they remain naive . Imo.

Parents can home school yet at the same time enrol there children into a weekend social sports team so they learn there social skill an interact with others for example. Home school does not mean have to isolate from everyone in the world its only a parent teaching and raising there own child for how ever many hours a week.

I would rather my kids never fraternized with the children of the devilish.
 
What is public school anyhow. I mean its government run so its not like its a test to find and pick out the most intelligent that will get a knock on the door and offer by the government.

What is the one thing they dont teach in schools. Money. Where it comes from and how its created. Amazing how its all about studing hard at school to get a career just so you can work for someone else. No one gets taught to go out on there own and make it for themsleves. Get a career and join this well estblished company and become CEO you done well in life. Why not build your own house.

They could teach how to be an entrepreneur I agree. As an elective at least. Maybe school is partly babysitting until we have to face the real world. Then go to university if you want to postpone even further.
