Please explain again. I didn't even "begin" to understand what you said??

Sounds like he's talking about something like the idea of "election" where God chooses certain ones for salvation and the rest are thrown into hell through no fault of their own.

But, this seems to include believing someone is saved multiple times...not just once.

That would be my guess, anyway.

I think you are mistaken. I believe he means that we should not take God for granted but be thankful, seeing He is always saving us...
